  • Resistance bands and the Space Saver Gym are a great combination for Seniors to stay active, build strength, flexibility, mobility and endurance.
    The Space Saver gym offers a great way for Seniors to use an outside stabilization source to be able to stand and exercise while allowing for multiple angles to work the entire body.
    Each 3 ft track has 14 lock postions to adjust the sliding hook to a select level ranging from low , middle and high. This can be used to work different areas of the body but also use one exercise at multiple angles to vary the resistance muscle activity.
