BIBI is by far one of the most enigmatic and obscure artists to me. Mixing her angelic voice with such dark themes results in perfection. Her songs hit differently and the MVs are like short movies. You can definately tell she's an incredibly thorough and meticulouse artist and what an enormous work it's been put into her craft!! She's able to convey stories with a raw but misterious vibe while talking about specific matters such as: addiction and getting caught in a toxic relationship, without losing ambivalence allowing the listeners to blend with the story and make it their own. It's simply humbling and beautiful. Can't wait to hear more of this Queen!

I've been a fan of Bibi ever since binu and honestly she's such a great artist. not only is her voice heavenly and her visuals goddess-like but the meanings of her songs are always deep. the way her songs are made are like hyunas. (sorry for comparing) both Hyuna and Bibi make songs that sound great, but the true message can only be found by analyzing the lyrics. they convey the message through the lyrics and the mood through the beat. we stan intellectuals.

가사에 나오는 home girl 이라는 뜻은 아주 가까운 친구 또는 같은 갱에 소속된 친구라는 뜻입니다. 제 생각에는 연인을 은유한 것 같기도 합니다. 뮤비를 해석해보자면 가까운 친구 혹은 연인이 다른 조직에 잡혀 끌려갔고 주인공(비비)는 그를 구하기 위해 그들과 도박을 벌입니다. 조직은 약속한 바와 다르게 비비를 죽여버리려고 하죠. 그러나 도박에 빠져있던 사장은 그런 비비를 불러 자신의 손목과 비비의 손목을 끈으로 묶고 (서로의 손목을 걸었다는 의미) 마지막 판을 벌입니다. 비비는 박카스에 미리 타놨던 독약으로 사장과 모든 조직원들을 독살시킵니다. 자세히 보면 비비는 마시는 척 안마셨던 것을 볼 수 있습니다.
마지막 장면에 비비가 구하러 온 그는 죽었을 가능성이 큰 것 같습니다. 앨범 표지를 보면 그 답이 있는데요. 비비가 안고 있는 그가 마치 얼음처럼 차가운 파란색으로 그려지고 있기 때문입니다. Ice라는 단어를 home girl과 함께 사용한것도 그런 이유가 아닐까 생각합니다. 그렇기에 마지막에 애초부터 자신을 속인 사장을 세탁기에 넣고 돌려버리며 복수를 한 것이죠.

I've been a fan of Bibi ever since binu and honestly she's such a great artist. not only is her voice heavenly and her visuals goddess-like but the meanings of her songs are always deep. the way her songs are made are like hyunas. (sorry for comparing) both Hyuna and Bibi make songs that sound great, but the true message can only be found by analyzing the lyrics. they convey the message through the lyrics and the mood through the beat. we stan intellectuals.
