Aguadilla Airport: USAF C-17 Dropping Spec Ops Team

- Spotting video @ Rafael Hernández Airport (TJBQ/BQN)! Spotting in 3/13/20, this day features a small military exercise in Aguadilla, with some paratroopers (most likely a Spec Ops team based on their parachutes) practicing their entry into a specific target location. For this exercise, they sent two US Air Force C-17s (both based out of McChord). While it was almost impossible with my camera to catch the moment the team jumped-off the aircraft, it can be heard from the pilots as they communicated with the tower when they jumped. As for the reason why the C-17 aborted takeoff at the beginning, I have no clue. But I hope you like it! & don't forget to comment, rate & subscribe!

A person who has mobility is one of action. It seems you got a tip-off and I'm glad you were able to share your experience with us viewers. The weather is always great in AGUADILLA so this production is a winner all around- the military exercise (top notch-from start to finish), cargo operation flights, different viewing spots and best of all, how the C-17 was handled (fast and low with quick motion turns-it always looks great when a big military transport does it. No disappointments here. Thank you.

Wow this brings back so many memories. My was in the airforce and we lived in the Ramey Base. He got stationed to Panana and I remember flying on these planes.

On my bucket list was to sit in a C17. I got to at an Joint Arm Forces Base open house n it was awesome. I was 79 yrs.

When will they open the airport? I can't get any flights home through there :(. And for God's sake, I'll give them a good price to fix the damaged hangers.
When the Coronavirus outbreak has been stabilized in Puerto Rico. I live in Mayaguez and use BQN frequently until the virus hit us.
The airport will be opened as soon as the COVID - 19 subsides.
As for the hangars, the problem were the insurance companies, that were putting a lot of hurdles to pay for the damages. FEMA could not put the monies until the insurance companies pay.
This bureocracy has caused losses of airline and cargo companies.
Hopefully the Air Transfer Rights given to this airport boosts the airline industry again in this area, and a boom of economic prosperity comes to the area and the region. Let's pray that the State Government knows what to do.

Se jodieron. Los que sufran dagnos corporales estarán jodio por el resto de la vida. Airborne se práctica nunca y cuando si es dentro de un parque estado unidense. A nadie durante tiempos de guerra se necesitan airborne y heridos.la gran estupidez. Los seguris ya no funcionan y mucho menos la jurisprudencia de seguro. Te procesan como una mierda militar. Los parque son hechos con cables. Son grandísimos. No entienden lo más fácil el ER. Cualquier daño muscular ie oro pedí I debe ser tratado con el prophylaxis de la vacuna del tétano. Hablo de dagnos ortopédicos porque los bio productos de la musculatura acumula toxinas que solo responde a la vacuna del tétano. Eso apesar estar al día. Están regalando la vacuna contr el herpes. Parece que todos los centros se llenaron de hérpes además de los gimnasios:HPV 1 y 2.
