COVID-19 Vaccination Site in Palm Beach County | Grimes Events & Party Tents

Grimes Events & Party Tents is beyond excited to announce their newest installation! After providing COVID-19 testing sites in Palm Beach County, we are now honored to be able to provide Palm Beach County's first COVID-19 vaccination site at the South Florida Fairgrounds. The 18,000 sq ft site is made up of three tents: a 100 x 180 tent for vaccinations, a 40 x 100 tent for check-ins, and a 20 x 40 for food. Inside the tents are wood floors, carpet, tent doors, tables, chairs, stanchions, specialty lighting, and ceiling fans. We also partnered with Production Power and Air to equip the tent with 12 AC units. We are so grateful to our team for all their hard work and to Palm Beach County for entrusting us with this project!
