He can't get sent down based on a confession. Courts have a strict rule when it comes from a confession because they don't know how that confessions was obtained. The fact Bobby confessed when when james ended the interview and has a right to remain silent and she basically forced ot out of his basically questions as to how she got that confession and it leads to unadmissable.

All that apart from Sylver's death could potentially put Bobby in jail for life if they proved he had done it.

I'm not saying what she's doing for him is right im saying she's become a better mother, would you rather her be like this or completely neglect Bobby, watch him do thoes horrible things and do nothing. Atleast she tried to stop and help him yes it didn't work but she just tried to protect him, in the past she would have just turned a blind eye to everything he's done!

Mercedes is actually being a proper boss mum compared to what she used to be!!! Bobby was less hard work when she was a bad mother but now he's such a handful she's a boss mother, yes he's done alot of horrible things but she can't shut out a little boy!!

@Maritza G I can't explain it but you can see it if you get what I mean, she's just so protective and it's destroyed her him being locked up which means that she loves him so much compared to what she used to, I mean she was going to leave her whole family to run away with Bobby. The wrong choice yes but alot of mums would do the same they just wouldn't admit it

I wholeheartedly disagree. Nothing proper about her parenting before or now. She loves him but she didn’t get him proper help, ignored wisdom, didn’t even parent him, she walked on eggshells with that boy, she even called in Wendy of all people, still covered for him, a serial killer. Her whole family has been at risk.

If that were the case then we'd all be sheep?? 🐑 I'm saying what I think, he's done some terrible things yes but even my mum has said if you do this or if you do that then she'd disown me but I can always tell that she wouldn't by the way she'd say it or the look in her eye(not that I'd do anything like this) but you don't actually know what you'd do if this was real life, you can say things yes but it's totally different if it was happening with someone's child, I've heard people watch soaps and say, "if she did that to me I'd slap her" but they wouldn't it's something they say. My point is mercedes was a rubbish mother why else would Bobby turn out this way it can't all be silas! The reason he's so attached to mercedes is because he's got/had abandonment issues, if you compare Bobby and Cher there quite similar in a few ways, she did everything to get mercedes away from sylver and Bobby is trying everything to get any man away from his mum. I'm not bothered what anyone says weather they agree or disagree because mercedes was the least likely person to actually be a mother and give a toss in the end, everyone forgets what the other mothers have done in the village! Dianne defending finn over the rape storyline, warren forgiving joel after murdering his sister Katie, sienna backing niko up for doing alot worse to people than what Bobby has. It might not be right but I know for a fact she's a better mother now than what she ever was, she sent Bobby to America, addiction to cocaine and sleeping with Liam, sleeping with romeo, fighting with sylver all of the time and completely neglecting him. Usually when a man mercedes is seeing dies she jumps onto the next man that walks past but this time was different it took her a few months for her and Felix to become a thing she put her focus on Bobby! I'm not saying what she's doing for him is right im saying she's become a better mother, would you rather her be like this or completely neglect Bobby, watch him do thoes horrible things and do nothing. Atleast she tried to stop and help him yes it didn't work but she just tried to protect him, in the past she would have just turned a blind eye to everything he's done!

Oh my OA FINALLY I’m so glad Bobby’s finally confessed to what he’s done only he left out that he killed Verity and why he did it as well she could’ve helped Verity take down Eric but she can’t cause she’s dead.
