If someone hits all those big rocks that you have placed on the highway right of way you will be responsible for all damages! Better check into that, I would hate to see you loose your new house over a multi million dollar lawsuit.

In-laws have a neighbor 1/2 mile down the road next to high voltage lines, last neighbors lived there about 20 years before both parents had brain tumors and died. Kids ended up with same situation a couple years later.

Wouldn’t that area be part of an easement? That would make the drainage and any required features the county or town’s responsibility and liability.
Have u ever got plans to build a house or develop property? Its drainage. They give u a spec in Rock size to use, persay 3in- or RipRap 6in+
