I've tried quite a few green powders with tons of vitamins and nutrients in them. AG1, Laird Superfood Greens, etc. But then I saw this organic drink from Salad Power made from ground up vegetables. I tried it, and here's my review.
Unfortunately, I can no longer include links to the research articles without negatively impacting my videos. Хобби

Super helpful and insightful, thanks for the review.
Glad I could help and thanks for watching!
Super interesting product and concept 🤔
I think so too!
I'm realllllyyyu considering getting the max box. As my partner and I would split one each/day.
Will also add 2 cups eggwhites for a "full meal" low carb
Will def heat up as a soup and have with a low carb grill cheese 😂😊
That's a great idea!
I was up to it untill the price, if they can get it down to 3-5$ but I understand especially since its organic.
yes organic always equals more $s
Bout time someone used real vegetables instead of powders
very true!
This is an interesting idea but I certainty would not eat these everyday. Reason being is that once you blend your food you have distrupted the beginning process of digestion. I have a feeling that replacement meals in the form of smoothies, are more of a cause of gut health than people realize.
Once you put food in your mouth and begin chewing, the food mixes for a period of time, with enzymes that are only found in your mouth.
My suggestion is to eat these pouches and other smoothies, every once in awhile and not daily.
Good to know Sandra!
Not a fan of how processed AG1 is, this is an interesting alternative
yes, nice to drink something totally organic!
