My RV 5th wheel hitch sits up at around 49" with the plate level...too high for most gooseneck trailers you'd find sitting on a lot. But you've got an RV 5th wheel hitch and a kingpin adapter you actually had to move *down* a couple holes to get the trailer level. Interesting.
You can but you'll jave to jave the trailer delayed, along with always knowing your actual weight as to not be over 26k. I have found it to be less stressful and mentally easier to have a class A.

With a 46ft deck 3 units are not often done on this trailer. As for the trailer I like it for hauling trailers and cars
