      cos (w)= [e^(jw)+e^(-jw)]/2
      convert cos into expo and use trick

      You just have to change values of n
      n =0 first value find h(n) for that
      Now n=1 find h(n) so on

    Taking wc/pi in equation
    1/pi(n-2)[sin pi(n-2)-sin(n-2)pi/4], n not equal to 2 does not work?

      So we have to solve separately for n=2

    Hello sir u have written h(1) as .225 as the answer but if we substitute we will get 0.00436.. please verify which is correct

      Put ur calc in radian mode not degree. u will get 0.225

      @@vedantjoshi1487 Bro, alpha=(N-1)/2. So just plug in the value of alpha as 2 and you would end up with N=5, therefore we take values from 0 to 4. Hope this solves the doubt. Peace!
