I opened up the compartment where my ssd card should sit and the interior is silver? No grooves for the washer to sit in either. Did I get a dud? It is the newer 2015A model
Hmmm not sure. From what I've seen it should still be the same.
Did you throw away the original ssd cover?
why not the same SSD but with the built-in heatsink version?
Good question, at the time it was significantly less expensive this way.
