@@jh1669 they will go to trial soon and just increased the charges (don't know the English term, in my language he already has been charged and they now only have to go to trail).
Building a strong case takes time. To me there hasn't been anything unusual about this and they definitely didn't break any EU law or international law. The two biggest country in Europe have similar laws and Europe usually has a better rated justice system than america.

Evidence of such crimes and testimonies are the most convincing compelling pieces of evidence to appoint someone as guilty.
