Tbh I think the Administration takes the memories of their workers in order to keep them from leaving as the workers seem to come from every inch of the realms including ninjago. So I think Jay was trying to find ninjago and ran into the administration and then they decided to keep him and removed his memories. One person who wasn’t working their didn’t seem to know why he was their saying that it got lost in time.
Also Ik this is a long shot but I think if Jay learns shatterspin cause I think lord ras would want his elemental master to know it, that his wont shatter his soul but instead reflect his kind heart. Ik this is a long shot but that my idea of what jays shatterspin would look like if he learned it.

I think Jay might slowly build up more hatred for the ninja as the season goes on which would be strengthened via his goodness getting shattered by Ras. I recon it could potentially lead to Jay being the Villain of Season 3, after Ras is defeated Jay goes off on his own villainy and becomes the next big bad.

Jay has no real reason to hate the ninja. Besides making jay evil is not a good storyline choice imo.
@ben0789 he has a reason. Since he works at the administration, they have to send him out to find them and they make his job harder so he has to hate them. Also, what should they do with his character then ? Make him appear for a bit, then leave, or just get his memory back because if that's what you want, then they shouldn't have made him lose his memory in the first place a villian arc is a good arc for his character and then once he regains his memory slowly but surely he will betray ras when the ninja are losing if he joins up with him of course

I honestly just don’t think he’ll get his memories back unless they see him, it’s sad the bone lady was the only one that saw him. I feel like we won’t learn about where wu and pixel are until after they focus on Jay reuniting, but I do want Jay back, but idk why but I feel like Jay getting his memories back will have some involvement with his birth mother (that’s just how I feel don’t know about anyone else 🤷🏽♂️)
its a shame those characters have barely or not even been mentioned yet. Also you can't forget other key characters like Skylar, Vania and other elemental masters

Don't worry, he will regain his memory in the second chapter of Dragon Rise, because he posted a summary that Ra's will gather some elemental masters and teach them the destructive Spinjitzu. These masters are coming, so don't worry at all.
2:04 I would really enjoy it if there was an episode or part of one in season 2 part 2 that focused on what happened to Jay after the merge and before his 1st appearance in Dragons Rising season 1.

Huh I wonder why Jay is so afraid of the Administration finding out about his powers, did he hear something about what they do to Elemental Masters and knowing he controls lightning keeps it hidden even though they all know(or at least the higher ups do). Also I am still thinking that someone or a group of them in the Administration had something to do with his birth mom leaving him in the junkyard and not being able to come back for him. Also Jay going to Cinder would be awesome to see.

I don’t live in America so I can’t see it lol, but I went to America on holiday so I could only watch it for a bit.
The administration doesn't know he has lightning, he says "how did you know I could do that? No one knows I can control lightning! No one can find out!"
i feel like getting the real Jay back will be a big challenge and may take longer than we would want. His lost memory doesn't help, and even if it does, he will likely struggle a lot with trying to come back and settle back into what he was pre-merge
I love that there are so many unanswered questions for example: who put zane in the thingy in the imperium monastery like i hope all questions like these get revealed in a later season with a plot twisty way
I'd like to see Jay and Kai fight again as well...bc after Nya's sacrifice and in the beginning of Ninjago Crystallized, Jay and Kai fought over Nya and how they felt about missing her
I think the Administration takes their workers memories and lets them keep certain memories, but takes the ones that make the person remember who they are and all of their friends and family thats my Theory!!!!

In the episode, Jay said that no one knows he can control lightning, and that no one can know. It showed him being scared and that if The Administration finds out, he scared about what they'll do to him.
Maybe the Nightmares weren’t their greatest Fears, but what will happen in the future…

Considering the action figure of Evil Jay is a thing itll probably happen though, in a similar fashion mentioned in the video but I at least hope if he does have a villain arc that he redeems himself because I would actually be heartbroken if they drag it.
I really want to see Hay have a villain arc, and I so hyped, being the fact that he is my favorite ninja. And I hope this villain arc is way better than Zane’s back in S11.
My theory is that Jay gets so tired of working for the Administration so he quits his job there, he resigned, and then will ended up meeting Lord Ras and the Wolf Clan, who made him their evil Shatterspin lightning ninja.
It could be very interesting to see a fight between Jay and the other ninjas !

My theory is that the administration erased Jay's memory and pretend they don't know that Jay is a lightning master
I have a theory, and that is... At the end of season 2, when ras loses, he will meet Jay and since Jay wanted to get Zane and the administration is not in good terms with the ninja, so Jay joins ras at the ending of season 2 and Jay might be acting like the cinder for season 3

Imo Jay's villain arc should have him do cruel and irredeemable things and having no care towards his foes, once that arc ends instead of him rejoining the group he should wander the merged realms trying to help anyone he can to make peace with those things he did

one way I saw them taking Jays amnesia would be to get him to leave the realm of madness and the administration (cos like his not happy their) to find his memory’s. He ends up finding echo Zain and that brings back memories of skybound. When he sees the Ninja (finally) he just remembers the bad stuff they did to him in that season. And since it’s skybound the Ninja have no clue what he’s talking about (except Nya) They could end up having a fight with Jay not wanting to go back and the Ninja figuring out their is something wrong and trying to help. Probably won’t happen but it would be cool.

One thing I noticed about the first half of the season is that there are a lot of teapot references. There is the girl snake that throws a golden teapot at the ninja and then when the Magician is going through stuff in the mushroom house She throws out another golden teapot. None of these are the teapot of tyrann because neither of the teapots look the same as it but it still feels strange. There’s another teapot reference in one of the sets. The teapot of tyrann is actually in the dragon shrine set. I don’t know if I’m just overthinking this, but I feel like it’s possible this could be foreshadowing for Nadakhans return. They have been teasing his return for years now. But also maybe it’s not foreshadowing and I’m just overthinking it. The Ninjago writers love to blue ball Skybound fans

The show has been teasing Nadakhans return for years and there is so much potential with that possible story so if he ever does returned I really hope they don’t mess it up

@@ishyk132 that’s one of the things about Ninjago that annoys me. It has loose ends that are just never tied up despite the fact there is so much potential there. I’m glad dragons rising is doing new stuff because it’s a breath of fresh air but I would like if eventually they tie up some of the old stuff
How about this; Jay goes with the administration to retrieve the equipment, Zane. He goes undercover as a fighter since he wants to use his elemental powers or his secret of having powers is busted and the administration uses him.
I also agree with this, since he cares a lot about hiding his powers, if the organisation finds out perhaps they’ll turn on him?
tanner I think your theory is correct about the Sinder and Jay because if you look at the leaked evil Jay Minifigure you can see the wolf mask worrier symbol on the top of the torso.

I doubt anyone in the Administration knows that Jay is an Elemental Master. When Jay accidentally used his powers in S2 P2, he was really distressed that the ghost knew that he could do that and said that no one knew and no one could find out, which means he probably doesn't know what it means that he can summon lightning. I think him wanting to finding out why he has these powers and what they actually are is what will put him on the journey to discover his past as a ninja.

Another couple of questions.
1: (Will the Administration invade the tournament? I feel like if they do, they would get absolutely destroyed by Ras. I want to see him wipe the floor with their glasses)
2: (Will Jay learn Shatter Spin? If he does, his soul could be severely shattered before the ninja could help him regain his memories, thus he could have some interesting moments once he returns. Maybe even give a new reason for him to be comic relief. He does it to keep his sanity in check)

I don't understand why Bonzle didn't tell Cole and Zane that she found Jay, they told her about him and she saw him using his powers 🤨. Maybe she wasn't sure if it was him or a distraction. Also Jay said no one in the administration know he has lightning power or it might be what HE thought, I think they found cuz has more efficient fighting skills and knowledge but not cuz he has powers

They treat jays character so poorly imo. They always put him in positions that breaks his character more and more. He’s honestly the most pure at heart and it’s painful to see them constantly put him in situations where his relationship with the other ninjas are tested. After everything he went through, and through his mistakes, and his growth, to have him just forget his memories, become evil, and do all this just to make for a plot is so frustrating to me. They did their job tho, the idea of it definitely tugs at my heart, I just really don’t want him to go down that road.
I am a big jay fan and if there giving him a villian arc he should learn shatterspin. it would just be cool to see a lightning version of shatterspin. also he dezerves to learn it if he is goanna be evil. my one other hope is even if jay lost his memories of nya i think they should make him fall in love with her again... it would be so cute. and just think a villian in love with a ninja and maybe him being in love with nya will make him change sides

In my theory, administration will attack Ras and his army for "illegal teleportation", but Ras' army easily chops off them, except Jay. Jay see, that problem is critical, so while other agents passed out, he tries to use his elemental power. Ras recognizes him as a lightning ninja, and wanted to use him. They kidnapping Jay, and forced him, to wear wolf mask. By gong of shatter, Ras shatters his soul, turning Jay to his side

I wonder if Cinder or Ras actually do manipulate Jay and turn him against the ninja, maybe they'll teach him shatterspin? Then in the tournament, Jay would fight Nya with shatterspin and there could be a battle between them with him using shatterspin and Nya using the Rising Dragon technique. Or it could be Cole, but I think Nya fighting him would be more interesting cuz it would be more dramatic, and I love drama.

One thing that i hated was the fact that Jay still seems to be a good person, lets be honest we all wanted an evil Jay or at least and angry One but instead we get:

Personally, I would have an episode end with Jay set up to fight Nya or Cole. (Let’s say 4.) Then Episode 5 with be all about Jay leading up to that moment. Then episode 6, we continue where 4 left off. At the end of the season, have Jay realize he’s on the wrong side, team up with the ninja to defeat Ras, then he goes to the monastery, trying to reconnect with these foes who are actually lifelong friends he has no memory of, and Season 3 will focus on him being weirded out by their friendliness and him trying to get his memories and ninja skills back, which he will at the end of season 3.
I think Jay could fight against both Nya and Cole. Start with him fighting Nya and winning (electricity is pretty effective against water) and then he could be beaten by Cole later in the tournament.
We don’t know what could happen, he did beat Cole in season 4 but maybe the result will be different.
I’d like to see Cole and Jay fight again as a good parallel to season 4

Can someone explain where are characters like: P.I.X.E.L, Garmadon, Scylor, Borg, DARETH, Hurumi and others?
Rising Dragon is a great project but after two seasons I didn't found the information about other NINJAGO characters or answer to some questions like: what happened with relationship between Kai and Scylor, Hurumi and Lloyd? Like every new season tried to explain what happened after, but Dragon Rising is focusing only on his own story, for that I can't call this 2 seasons amazing
Good news the writer confirmed that dareth will come back but not any time soon , there is some part 2 leaks say that pixel will return in it
