The twist at the end is perfect. It perfectly captures the true nature of this track. I honestly didn't see it coming and was spooked, just like the first time meeting Flowey. Not only that your musical performances are always beautiful, but you always put much thoughts into the background story of the soundtracks you cover, mad props! It's like the best way to honor the soundtracks. But the other thing I really love from this channel is I that get to see so many instruments I didn't even know existed.
I really love all the instruments starting from 0:54 . It enhances the silliness from the whole composition. The sirene, the horn, the harp.. and the transition!! This is insane.. and the award goes to the tick tack of course 😆 amazingly done! Congrats on another great cover!

This fits the character of Flowey so well... A deranged flowery guy, that looks cute and inocent on the outside, but it's hiding his horrible temper, his high level of acknowledge and his pessimistic and closed way of perceiving life in general after living for too much time. Every time you add another pellet to the dish, I can't avoid thinking this represents Flowey's deaths and forced resets; the numbers of lives he had to live while exploring the world; or, *the number of souls he took on his several runs.* Doesn't matter how much time happens, he'll get more unless someone stops this cycle...
I haven't seen anyone mention this but the visuals don't show any eyes! It kinda gives it an inhuman kind of vibe to it, like somethings missing, that combined with the overkill friendliness generates that gut feeling that somethings wrong even before it descends. Great work Luke!
Ever since Luke's and Joe's collab on Joe's channel, I've really been looking forward for another video they did for Undertale. I'm not disappointed in the slightest! You always do an amazing job! (Also that descent into that eeriness was done wonderfully!)
The way this was organized makes me think so much of games like Kirby's Epic Yarn or Yoshi's Crafted World, and now it makes me imagine an Undertale game where each world is inspired by different kinds of arts and crafts.
I absolutely love how it sounds childish at first, then it slowly becomes more dark and chaotic, representing Flowey’s constant shift in personality to see what new secrets he can discover, to get the most out of his endless power.

Oh my god that was perfect in every way. It encapsulates the way it feels to meet flowey the first time. Back in 2015, during my.first playthrough, i felt legitmately SHOCKED when he hit me and then proceeded to laugh in my face monstrously. This really really givea the same feeling of naive innocence, giving way to fear and discord. Amazing work!!! I love all your UT/DR covers so far. It would probably be wayyy to much to do analog, but...man i hope you consider doing "your best nightmare"+"finale". I feel like youd nail it!
