Update: yeah he now has them listed for only $2200 after having them listed for $2800 just a month ago... and idk how fast they are selling..thats what I would really like to know.
How do you go about the board of equalization "paying the sales tax that your customers Pay and giving it to the state you do business in" or if your customers don't pay sales tax wouldn't it be an issue with your state sales tax agency? Please let me know. Thanks.
I clicked on this video because I thought's that's who it was. This dude looks like him, doing the same thing, even looks like he's in the same row of warehouses. But it's apparently a different guy.
nahh what market is he in because 600-1200 $ for something on the street does not sound realistic he might've been like overestimating but damn that's a lot and I've been flipping for like 6 months
Its always funny how people who dont do business respond when you say 30k revenue....only business owners know that means zip without the margin for your own pocket.
he aint makin 30k/month ... dude is countin his chickens before they hatch. He's a fake, he sells courses on how to do what hes doing but he aint even sellin them for what he says in this video..not even close!
@@startingtech3900 And factor in he has a partner. If they are making a profit of 10K a month, then, after dividing the profits with his partner, it means he personally is only making about 5K per month. It's not bad, but not near as much as the video makes it out to be.
Great video! I’d like to see a video on finding a wholesale furniture or couch company maybe even a liquidator.
Bstock
I know where I’m going if I need a couch
Those 6 piece modular couches are nice but they definitely wont sell for $2,800!

@@mmmmmMuffinzI’m a couch flipper and everybody tells me new couches sell the slowest. You need a very big audience to transition to new couches.
$1000 for a curb couch? Free is fun but from what I’ve learned is if you spend some money your competition goes down and your profits go up.
How much do you pay a month for a warehouse space that big?
I'd say 2-4k
On average how long does it take for 1 or 2 couches to sell?

@@charlesputt8588 Same thing I thought!
@@charlesputt8588 think this is the guy who duped him into thinking he was a customer looking for a couch at a random address
I cant find him on Instagram. Can you provide a link?
Super dope 💪

Yeah I am with you I sell couches 400 avg max 1000 and that's the lucky italsofa ones. It depends alot on your competition and area.

Eric Struggles to listen to
kickin ass
Bro the backsound is kinda loud and annoying
My bad.
I didn’t mind it.
It wasn't bad. It wasn't near as bad as most other videos are.
Importing and selling isn't flipping.
It's called mycomfycouches
My question is why not just open up a showroom if you’re making 30k a month? You’ve got the capital…

30k GROSS bro 🤦🏻♂️ he could only be making 10 and that’s still good 33%

@@mmmmmMuffinz30k revenue is nothing expecially when he spent 17k on new couches
Honestly, just save your money and make your own couches
