They are meant for each other JJ is broken but tries not to show it but Kiara knows and doesn’t judge him for it she supports him and gives him the love he needs. in the hot tub scene, that might have been the first time jj was ever held like that by someone he loved while he was hurting. he held on to her so tightly, because he needed to be held, to be comforted in someone's arms. in that moment, kiara was his safe place. he never had that comforting, loving support before.🫶🏻🫶🏻
