Nice post there. I’m confused considering its performance at 350 mph, extra fuel tanks. Ability to dive bomb would be a must for shipping, it’s a German Mosquito? Turn fights would be out but a climb dive pass all guns blazing would be a pretty fierce proposition. Sort of boom and zoom’ attack and climb back to gain altitude. It really couldn’t find a decent footing in the BoB, very much looking forward to building this so thanks for sharing your work.
Yeah I think the 350 was in a dive and a dive only (bad max speed example) but deffo not a german mosquito as spitfires wouldn't have been able to catch them.Tbh a lot of the German planes had the drive attack and climb, the allies had the turns more at least early war.And thank you, good luck on your build
This is a brilliant video! Congrats! I have built the Airfix tropical version which is similar to this and really enjoyed this! Soon I might either get this version, or the Airfix C-2/C-4 version, not sure which one to get though. Great painting on the camouflage!!! 👏👏Cheers, Luca
I’m having a real problem with Humbrol 240. It has taken over 48 hours to dry, is very wishy washy and is still tacky! Could you recommend a similar colour?
The velejho dunklegleb is a good shade for the dark green on the model, is the humbrol 240 the green with yellow or the darker green with blue? Have you stirred the paint as that can mess up drying times, honestly the humidity isn't great for drying at the moment so it may pay to leave it in the boiler cupboard over night
Who needs an airbrush? Nicely done!
Cheers mate thank you, glad you like the finish
Great work, impressive brush paint technique.

Thank you glad you enjoyed the video :)

Another beautiful video my friend 🤩👍
Thanks mate glad you enjoyed the build
Another fine result, I am sure some perfectionist will spot the exhausts, but I certainly wouldn't have known if you hadn't mentioned it 👍
Thanks mate,ah was one of them while building it i never noticed the exhausts and built them both the same :/
