Absolutely beautiful house!!! Wow that homeowner has amazing taste, I l😊ve it! I need 2 more yrs to work then I'm selling our home in CT and moving north...I hope I can find one like this when I am ready, I'm truly in love with that house...I would fence the entire yard with split rail and a small chicken wire on inside for the dogs and plant flowers all around.. .that yard is plenty for a retiree like me soon to be (lol now Im a poet)

Really nice home. Kitchen is just right. That garage is a big plus. I’ll never understand cluttering up your garage so much that you can’t get your car in there. The price is a lot better than what I paid for my home in Arkansas 2 yrs ago.

Love that the woodwork has not been painted, and i like the cabinetry. We have a sink just like that we've never used
. Hope to install it in our cabin this summer. Only thing i dont care for is the lack of headroom in the bed rooms. Super nice price, but over my budget. Why have the Pennsylvanians decided to sell?

It's very quaint it needs a little TLC the lighting in the kitchen cabinets would drive me nuts because you can see all the cords some things definitely look outdated and it has an outdated floor plan but it's homey.
They don't make houses like this anymore.

taxes too high
What are the taxes? I have a small raised ranch in CT and pay almost $600 a MONTH ($6800 annually) and we have to pay for dump runs, fire and ems are mostly volunteer and we have 2 borrowed troopers from the state. It's a joke
