Our Week in Playa Blanca, May 2023

We just spent a week at the H10 Timanfaya Palace in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.
For those of you interested, we spent a week half board but got the Privilege upgrade which allowed us to use the Privilege Lounge (with free drinks), the Privilege sunbathing area (which was a trek to get from from the Lounge, especially since you weren't supposed to take drinks out of the Lounge) and eat at the Kasbah every night if we wanted to.
The hotel was quiet and spotless, despite the refurbishment works going on.
If you're more into the local nightlife it might not be your cup of tea as its a fair walk into town, especially if you've got mobility issues and don't deal well with hills.
All in all, we enjoyed our week. We would both recommend it, although we're not planning on rushing back soon as we've already got our next holiday lined up. (Spoiler Alert: you can see the island of Fuerteventura in a few of the shots of the ocean.....)
