UPDATE: HEY! We actually don't upload on this channel anymore, but I would love it if you could come check out the new channel and hit the subscribe button! ruclips.net/user/post2postproductions
ORIGINAL PINNED MESSAGE: Obviously we would have liked to visit these arenas in person, but we do not have the tens of thousands of dollars it would take to tour North America and do this properly. ***This video was wildly requested by our subscribers*** and we did the best we could with what we had. It's just a fun video, don't take it too seriously. If you do, and it angers you, then you clearly have some personal issues. Additionally, when this video was made this channel was incredibly small(less than 5k subs), and we never thought that it would get this many views. We were just doing it for fun.
Also, yes we know it's the Shark head at the top. When you're filming a video there are a thousand things running through your head thinking about what you're going to say and keep the conversation flowing, so yes we had a bit of a mental lapse during the SAP portion of this video. Please forgive us, we are not perfect.
Post2Post I
Well, I'm happy to say that there really isnt a bad seat in the house. You could be in the standing room area straight behind the home goal net, all the way on top, and the screen is large enough to be easily readable, and you can see all they way to the back boards across the whole place. Its small, without being too small, and its a super fun place to be.
Come on over and give this video another go!
You should do a college hockey version of this.
MSG changed their jumbotron at least 3/4 years ago. That was an old picture you showed.
Post2Post I have been to the Little Caesars arena and it is huge and very nice. All of the seats are nice as well

The Hartford Whalers are gonna sweep the Atlanta Thrashers in the Stanley Cup
Not if the NorthStars have something to do with it!
What about the NORDIQUES
but what if the Saskatoon Blues win first?
Not if the Seattle Mets sweep them
Marc Luu Listen bud the Kansas City Scouts are going to sweep the series no doubt about it
the Xcel Energy Centre is absolutely incredible. Amazing place to watch hockey - coming from a Jets fan
Kyle Goldstine RESPECT 😂😭🙏🏻
been to games all around the country and xcel is one of the best. this guy has no idea what hes talking about.
Kyle Goldstine Whenever the Vikings are at home on the weekends and the Jets are in town, I always run into tons of you guys at Xcel when I’m taking a leak. Nice to see Winnipegers supporting the local Vikes.
Yeah, there is no bad seat at the Xcel Energy center. The overall experience is top notch.
He also didnt get a picture or even mention the lighthouse. To me, that's pretty unique and I'd think give the X a bit more credit
The best part of Xcel Energy Center for me is the northern woods feel with dark wood everywhere AND the jersey of every Minnesota high school hockey team proudly displayed on the walls.
When u do rank vids u should keep rank number in top corner
More so an opinion video which is what this is.. to say these 2 clowns warrant which arena is best for everyone is just absurd.
DjD they are so Canadian it hurts lol
@@ddesimone9912 exactly...I've been to a lot of these are arenas thanks to my job and I cant believe the difference of opinions. Air Canada center isn't even close the Canadian Tire Center yet they're ranked so far apart hahaha. These gents have no clue and I'm sure they're nice folks but dont rank the rinks when you havent been there lmfao. These rankings are embarassing.
DjD besides you using the term “clowns” to describe them, I agree
You think this is clownery, wait until you hear sound engineers takes when it comes to shows.
There's not one bad seat in Rogers Arena, fantastic place to watch a game
Idk If you are talking about the oilers or not cause there is a Rogers Arena but if you are talking about the oilers it's rogers Place so... which one???
+CrinStone YT Rogers arena home of the Canucks roger place home of the oilers
CrinStone YT Rogers Arena - Vancouver Canucks
Rogers Place - Edmonton Oilers
Same with ppg paints arena
Filthy Slaw completely agree, amazing experience at the rogers place except maybe finding a parking spot haha
6:04 "There's a funny looking object..."
It's a shark head. Used to be a Hollywood prop. The Sharks players enter the ice through this prop.
@@mvnts27 No, they use it all the time.
@MaddVentures Are you a blues fan
People never give SAP center enough credit for how good the view is from literally any seat
idiot cow yeah, they have great seats from many angles and if you get them fast enough there for a pretty good price
I honestly thought they were joking. No idea how they don’t know it was the shark head.
The Xcel energy center is actually one of the best layouts for viewing from all seats, both low and high. Very nice rink, I would actually put it in the top 3 rinks of the 20+ I've been in.
So glad you post almost daily. I love coming home from school and watching your videos. And you're already at 7k! Please never stop posting and I'm glad to say I've been here since 1.1k. :)
Revilo 366 same!
Yeah it's crazy how much they've grown!
"The future is bright for Carolina..." Wow guys, that did in fact age very well as a prediction. Nice job.
:) Thanks Chuck
Go canes
Brent looks less than Don Cherry's cousin and more like Barry Trotz's cousin.
A side note on the banners in Nationwide Arena(CBJ): they actually remove all the teams that are not in the playoffs when it starts, and reorder them based on matchups, and do this every round.
That's cool!!!
Teams are stuck with those banners until they win a Stanley cup basically the penguins used to have them and got rid of them in 91 after the first cup good luck Columbus
@@jacobeldredge1997 those should be permanantly kept as a tradition for all nhl teams as the banners rep the whole league and more decor to go with the banners won
as someone who has sat in the very top row of the nosebleeds at Xcel, I had zero trouble seeing the ice, in fact, I think its one of the better seat in the house as you can really get a full view of play that people closer to the ice can't get.
This channel is growing like crazy!
the fucking penguins...
PieEater Lets Go Caps, Lets win the presidents trophy so the penguins can woop us agian
Benoir_ fuck off lol
Not trying to be bias as. Blue Jackets fan but Nationwide Arena doesn’t have a single bad seat. I’ve sat from upper deck and highest row to first row ice level and it’s always amazing atmosphere and clean inside and out. The real cannon also give it a unique feel when we score or to start each period. A lot of away fans always want pictures with the cannon and are always admiring the arena. Also on a side note, I worked for the arena back in the day, a lot of women from the away teams are happy due to the fact when they built NWA they built TWICE as many ladies restrooms. To me it’s always been top notch. I agree Calgary though..... 🤦🏼♂️ amazing hockey history but the dome is odd for sure. Go Jackets!
It's an excellent arena.
Same with SAP Center
Miles Swint I’m a pens fan and our arena doesn’t have a bad seat either but I’ve always wanted to take the trip to nationwide arena to see the pens play the jackets on the road
GO JACKETS!!
I agree. I am a life long red wings fan, but I try to go to a playoff game every year, and in May two buddies and I chose to go to Columbus. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. It is one of the nicest stadiums in the league and does not get the recognition it deserves.
Vegas is hands down the nicest arena I've ever been. Such a great atmosphere for hockey
Yes! I've been waiting for this video!
A friend of mine helped build Rogers Place in Edmonton years ago (he is an ironworker) , About a week ago he brought me there to watch my first ever live NHL game (Oilers Vs Boston) since I was in Edmonton visiting.
I was totally blown away by the arena and the things it had in store for the fans. I even walked away with a signed puck and goosebumps... So, I totally see why you picked it as your number one arena.
It was one of the most extraordinary events in my life watching the game there.
Thanks for all the great stuff you share on your channel ! ! !
Love this, Just found you guy's. Keep up the good work
The gold seats you were critical about at the ACC/SBA in Toronto were made that way to mimic the colour scheme that was in place at Maple Leaf Gardens (where the “Golds” were the best seats).
love the vids guys keep up the good work
Bobby Carson l
You have to review the new Adidas jerseys.
We will
Yes please!!!!
Post2Post to me
I really hope that adidas won't put ads on the jerseys in the future
Vegas looks pretty cool too me. Carolina's improved big time. The stripe for the Wild jerseys look cool. My team's Sharks jerseys have a cool new shoulder patch...
BUT WTF HAPPENED TO NASHVILLE???? THEY DESIGNED THE JERSEY. ADIDAS MADE IT. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING????
On the top of the sap center the thing on the top left is the shark head the sharks players skate out of during warmups
Rocco Lopez these just make up bs as they go, don’t waste your time
MaddVentures shut up your teams out
It is the Sharks Head and the fact that these two don't know what it is tells me they shouldn't be ranking arena's. Also how is it you rank arena's when you have never even been to them...SMH!
Rocco Lopez I just committed that then saw your comment😂😂😂
You dingalings it’s a joke
Guys, thanks for the video, it’s awesome!!! My favourite hockey arena will always be the Montreal Forum - I’ve seen dozens and dozens of games there. Although it’s “gone”, it’s the most famous hockey arena of all time. (MLG and Boston Gardens close for second place)...
But now that I’ve seen the interior of all of these spectacular modern arenas, there are a few that stand out, from the perspective of “best view from anywhere” ... and “best cluster of fans” for the home team and fan experience...
Nashville’s arena, Philly, and the new Redwings arenas just stands out to me as buildings that were built for the hockey tram. The seating “hugs” the ice surface and every seat clearly has a great view. Those flat-seating arenas that go on for miles away from the rink are just awful. For example, I won tickets to the leaf game. We sat diagonally to the arena... we couldn’t see “squat”. If you don’t get good seats, watch on your 52 inch HD TV... the angles are perfect on TV :)
Honourable mentions to:
Calgary ... an older arena but looks like an awesome design to watch a game. I also love the Oilers logo in their arena - it’s super-cool... and the Bell Centre, just because it’s carrying on the traditions of Montreal hockey (the religion in Montreal).
I agree, there’s a good 15 other arenas that look great, and I’m sure they are.. but I’ve mentioned the ones that stand out for me.
Thanks again guys !!!
You just can't dislike your dad. He just seems awesome.
Dad is the man!
First reply in 3 years
THANK YOU FOR PRONOUNCING IT AS S-A-P!!!! It's a Pet peeve of every SJ Sharks fan. BTW The thing in the SAP picture Is the shark head the players skate out of.
Diego Contreras its S-A-P and the everyone loves the Sharks head! I hate it when people say "SAP" too. LETS GO SHARKS!
Diego Contreras how have they not heard of the shark head??? lol one of the trademarks of the SAP Center
and I bet the sponsors do too! ;-)
To be fair, if they've never been to SAP, or watched too many games on national TV, it's entirely possible. The Sharks are always getting the short end of the national television listings; even in the year after winning the President's Trophy.
24:14 los santos ? have u played gta5 recently
Los Angeles smh🤦
No, the Oilers arena doesn't always look like that, the seats are usually black, okay okay okay.
But it's still probably the nicest inside (and out.)
The thing I like about your channel is, since it's not that big you can interact with your fans like big channels can't.
All day every day!
Actually in the xcell energy center the best sight lines are in the top seats that you claim are the worst. And the lower bowl is smaller then it looks and you can see the ice perfectly from almost the concessions stands because it is wide open. And t was voted the best designed for sight lines in the country. Just thought you should let people know what is right
+Trevor Daly thanks Trevor, but Brent wasn't claiming anything, he was just basing his impression off of the picture. Some day we hope to visit it in person!
When you visit in person I think you'll just delete this video. Xcel Energy Center should be top 3 in any poll. If you do go to Minnesota, try to see a college or high school game at Amsoil Arena in Duluth. Best college venue hands down. stadiumjourney.com is helpful
It looks nice and compact too, like it can Xcel the crowd's Energy
Great video!
Great video, the thing in the top left corner in the SAP Centre in San Jose is the shark that they skate out of at the start of every home game.
For what Brent said about vegas' arena with the seats hanging over the ice, one guy that I reffed with said that when he was at a North Stars game in the 80's, some guy almost fell over the 2nd level balcony going right onto the ice. That made some of the standards for rinks be changed so the balconies wouldn't hang over the ice, they could get close, but couldn't go on top of or over
The upper levels at T-Mobile are not that close, but the way the place is laid out, the upper bowl is a better place to watch a game, you feel like you are on the ice, great arena.
btw, the 'big object' in the left corner of the picture of SAP center is the massive shark head that gets lowered every game and players skate out of!
I Saw a Lightning Senators Game in Tampa at The Amelia Arena in March Last Year Wearing My Flyers Stuff Very Nice Arena It Was on Both The Outside and The Inside I Would Put That Arena at #2 Behind The Wells Fargo Center at #1!
2:14 AHHH MY OCD
Haha same here, wish I didn’t see that
Barclays center sucks wait till the islanders new belmont stadium is finished
love the chanel so much you guys have made so much progress been here since the very beginning plz do something on the WILD please
I really love the videos when you bring along your dad for commentary or opinion. It's great to see a father/son team who happens to share a common passion and you both share the personality trait of being mild mannered, polite, congenial, and both have a knowledge of this great game called Hockey. I agree with your first choice. The interior of Edmonton's arena is absolutely beautiful and kudos to the architects who designed it. I can really only remark upon the only NHL I have visited which is Bridgestone in Nashville. Beautiful exterior but the arena itself not so aesthetically pleasing when empty. However, your dad was correct in saying there seems not to be a bad seat in the house. The seating is on a very sharp incline so wherever you sit you are right on top of the action and there are no obstructions (It was originally built to lure an NBA team but that went to Memphis - Grizzlies). Your father said he would love to attend a game there and he would not be disappointed. PK Subban in one interview said, "pay the price of admission because it is worth every penny." It is. What the city of Nashville did was drop an arena directly next to one of the most famous bar districts in the world. It is surrounded by bars, museums, restaurants, street performers, concert halls, shops, and a multitude of other things to do. The area is very busy minus a hockey game so for visiting fans there are a ton of other entertainment options in addition to the game and most of these places feature live music of every genre. Even inside the arena there is live music both in the concourses and inside the arena proper. So, for a visitor, even if drinking alcohol is not one's cup of tea, there are a ton of things to see and do either prior to or after a game but a Preds game itself is really an experience of its own and is fantastic and Preds fans provide a very unique and lively atmosphere.
Awesome comment thank you so much for leaving that! :)
Post2Post I can't believe you read that😂
Haha, you read it too.
I've been to games at the T-Mobile Arena in Vegas where I live, and tickets are getting more and more expensive and so we have been sitting way up in the top deck, we have been directly in front of the scoreboard up there and it is perfect and doesn't block anything and is perfect for videos over intermissions. One of the games I went to was round 3 game 4 against he Jets and it was electric. They also have smoke and lights and really cool shows, it is a great place to watch hockey because it is so much more.
My first NHL game was at T-Mobile Arena in Vegas and you're right about the upper level. High but it sits well for a great view of the ice. Awesome views all around inside and out and of course , they know how to put on a show .
BTW, if not already mentioned the image of what's in the rafters at San Jose's SAP Center is a shark mouth . It's lowered during player intros where the team skates out of its mouth lol.
Holy shit your channel is growing so fast. I remember when you said you wanted 500 by the end of the year haha
Yeah the original goal was 500 within 1 year! So far it's been over 7000 in 6 1/2 months!
Post2Post Do you have a new goal for the end of year?
Nope, no goals from here on out. The only goal I have no is to be consistent and find a long term sponsor so I can do this full time.
I like when you guys make ~25 or 30 min videos it keeps me occupied for a while lol keep up the awesome uploads!
I've sat in quite few areas in the Xcel energy center. Every seat is good for hockey. Upper level feels like you are right on top of the ice, and lowers are good too. Not a bad seat in the house.
That’s a super old picture for nationwide. I remember that scene from when I was 5😂
6:06 that object is the shark that is lowered down at the start of every game when the sharks get on the ice
as a person who has qatched games in the xcel energy center there are no issues with seeing the game and they have a cool lighthouse thing and cool suite level seats plus the cosway where the vendors are is cool too
Nice observation about the lighting on seeing a televised game in some places. San Jose has a problem with the lighting on television too. All of their home playoff games look like I'm watching a televised high school game.
I went to the SAP arena, back in 99 when it was called HP Pavilion or something like that, and the shark mascot got stuck halfway down the roof. Quite funny.
The TV Experience sucks, trust me. But if you go there in real life, you might abandon your favorite team :).
I really I hope I get to some day!
Yeh there's so much history there. I've been to a few games(i'm a big Rangers fan) there and it was amazing. Unfortunately I went when they played Pittsburgh and got crushed , but it was still fun to take part in the Crosby sucks chant(obviously he doesn't suck but it was still fun) and take in the scenery of the Garden. Like they say it's the world's most famous arena.
Post2Post Can you put best goalie pls
TopThrillAnthony The Garden has to be one of my favorite, the ceiling alone makes it look so amazing to me.
The arena is so nice I love going there. I live on LI but screw the islanders.
Man,isn't your channel growing!Congrats on 7k
I enjoyed that tour-quite cozy, lighthearted and informal. They obviously enjoyed presenting it and are enamored with hockey. Former Michigan Tech player I believe, Husky cap and all.
Looking Forward to seeing hockey in Seattle
Release the Kraken!
T-Mobile is a beautiful arena my friend went inside on opening day when he was visiting Vegas and just from the pictures, I will be sure to go to lots of games.
Awesome Video!!!
Only been to the scotiabank saddledome twice and i've loved it both time cant wait to go back again next year.
Wells Fargo Center is nice to see a Sixers game. Really wanna see a flyers game someday there. It’s pretty wild
@Josh Stephens I've Seen Some Flyers Game at The Wells Fargo Center But Not For a Flyers Playoff Home Game!
10/10 would see another flyers game been to 6 would recommend
Xcel Energy Center every seat is a good see I like siting up high the best !
Minnesota Arctic Blast I visited Xcel in 2013, great arena it was just weird how it was connected to an office building lol
Minnesota Arctic Blast the xcel is great I agree 100%
Maddhouse it is?
Joseph Klein Yeah I'm assuming it's the Xcel Energy Company that is attached
its not connected to a office building it is connected to a convention center....
I love this channel, post daily
the funny looking object at SAP center is the shark head that they skate out of before games. it's covered w/ a tarp
the seating up way up top that you guys are talking about during the wells fargo center is for the media and scratches. almost every arena is set up like that besides a select few like the SAP center
Great video! I loved the cheerleader part :P Although I've never seen or met a passionate Carolina fan. They always seem to be the one team that disappoints me with their fanbase.
However I totally agree with the banner idea in Columbus! They also have this in Nashville as well as Minnesota.
And as much as I don't want to spoil it for you, that's not what the seating looks like in Rogers Place. :( They put a t-shirt over every seat for the first couple days for that effect, but unfortunately it's not permanent, as much as I wish it was. I'm still very happy it was ranked #1 for both exterior and interior!
Again, another really well done video. I love being able to see the pictures in the back and you guys at the same time. It's fun to hear other people's perspective, especially two wise, passionate hockey fans like you! I'm so glad to see this channel growing at the rate it is :)
Izey Fro you have just met a passionate canes fan
Guess you didn't go to the Stanley Cup in Raleigh.
The united center's seats are steep. When the Hawks score a goal and everyone is jumping around, I can see the ice fine and I'm a tiny guy.
Antwone Jackson We are not bandwagons... well most people aren't. PEOPLE DIDN'T COME BECAUSE OUR HORRIBLE FORMER OWNER HAD EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE TICKETS, AND TRADED AWAY SUPERSTARS LIKE ED BELFOUR AND JEREMY ROENICK BECAUSE THEY WANTED "TO MUCH MONEY". THAT IS WHY WE SUCKED. WHEN HE DIED, HIS SON BECAME OWNER AND CHANGED EVERYTHING. SHUT UP.
@@sportsgames2713 Ignore him. Anyone who would put hookers and cocaine in their name probably doesn't know what they're talking about.
Link&Luigi64 lol yes
Hookers n' Cocaine hawks fan. I’m not a bandwagon. I moved to Nashville and they are good now and the hawks aren’t good. But I’m not leaving the hawks
Sports Games really? How long have you guys been out of the WCF?
As Phoenix resident, the Yotes arena is great hockey venue. Its built more like the Roman Coliseum so even the upper deck seats are still close to the rink compared to the wide bowels built in the 60s and 70s. Its next to huge entertainment area with tons of amenities. Great place to watch a game. Downside, it's often a home ice game for visiting teams...lol. My boys, winners of nine in row...Philly, Detroit, Chicago, Boston... like a home game for them since the valley is a transplant city and snow bird town.
28:47. If you ever get a chance to visit the Saddledome before they tear it down, there are many more center ice seats way up high above the second tier. Because of the saddle shape of the roof (which goes up at the sides of the rink) if you go to the very top, you'll find that you can see the entire ice surface however the ceiling completely blocks all of the seating on the opposite side of the rink. Kind of looking through a slot.
Went to Centre Bell. Love it
Went to Air Canada Centre (raptors game) love it
Went to Staples Center (love the venue. hate the team)
Going to T-MObile Arena tommorow for the award show.
But my home will always be at the Pond, aka Honda Center. :)
Take some pics of the award show and T-Mobile center and tweet them at me!
Post2Post for sure man!
Stefan Moreno Cool, you hate the Kings too!!!:):):)
Someone may have already pointed this out, but The Florida Panthers first played at the now gone Miami Arena near Downtown Miami from the 1993-1994 through the 1997-1998 seasons, they moved in to their current arena, located in Sunrise in 1998 and it was a brand new arena then. Previous names were National Car Rental Center 1998-2002 Office Depot Center 2002-2005 and BankAtlantic Center 2005-2012. Like I said someone may have already pointed this out, but I am way too lazy to read through over 1000 comments to find out.
YankeeTen13 Go Red Wings Im a detroit fan too
Vegas native here and season ticket holder for the Golden Knights..... it’s pretty amazing to see us so High considering that picture was before the season started. Those white squares on the seats were individual pricing seats for season tickets. And below the skyline of the strip they added a giant knight helmet and Fortress. Great venue. Not a bad seat in the house and the over the top thematic value that Vegas has to offer. We don’t have the prestige that other venues have but I’d argue the best synergy of city and sporting team
in vegas in their first year of hockey they played LA in the first round and vegas played them on the road in la but when they scored the goal horn goes all around vegas its really cool
Xcel energy center is a great arena and you can actually see fine in it, one of the best things about it is that basketball teams don't play there either, great list keep up the awesome work 👍👍👍
I know right even the nose bleeds are awesome sears
completely agree it is easy to see and great vantage points. It is also not ordinary either because you come in at the top of the sections instead of the middle of the sections like many others. maybe you should judge on not just a picture off the internet.
and not to mention our goal horn. A lighthouse that has a functioning light and foghorn with fog, not just
some generic fog coming from the scoreboard.
Canadian bias!!!! Booooo
You should rename this video the roast of Barclays Center lol
The Isles will never win a SC in this building. The architects should be hung from the rafters, off center of course.
Or maybe rename it "Oilers Arena Ranks #1" That would be a "slick" name (Oil pun intended). ;+) this is my attempt at a winking Hockey Players face...
Have a great day. Cheers from Edmonton City, Canada.
I think for San Jose it was during playoffs so that funny looking object was the shark head for their intro that the players go through.
We enjoy watching games at the PNC Arena, Carolina Hurricanes, and their is not a bad seat in the House. My favorite seats the ends about 7 rows back. Hope you all can see a game here someday.
Are you going to do a third hockey trivia? I really enjoyed playing along!
I hope so!
Skrew Barclays center, I’m just hyped for the islanders new stadium in Belmont in 2021.
I was at a game at the American Airlines Center last Sunday against the Canucks. I sat in the 320 section and I could see everything. The sitting there was pretty steep too. It's a good venue for hockey!
T-mobile arena in vegas is awesome. The facility is really good. Great view lines from lower and upper bowl. Like you said, almost like your sitting over top the ice. They also know how to entertain the crowd during the game and the fans go pretty wild there. Great atmosphere
United center is no where close to flat.
I fell like I’m gunna have a heart attack when I look down
Same for PNC
I wish that they make a new list soon cuz Detroits LCA is BEAUTIFUL!!!
Love the love for the Canes! The pic is about 3 years old, we now have a continuous Jumbotron screen that’s waaayy better. I agree with y’all’s assessment of the Jumbotrons that have too many screens and too much going on
Canes baby! Never heard anything as loud as our buffalo game on the way to the cup. We broke a record for loudest arena that day, if i recall it was rebroken a little later in same playoffs as well. Very awesome experience i will remember forever.
Its weird screaming as loud as you can and not being able to tell if youre making a noise at all.
I love the Pepsi Center!!! Its a well balanced arena!!!
Been to many Avs and Nuggets games there. It's a very nice arena overall and definitely holds a special place in my heart.
San Jose, top 5 best playoff arena. Very, very, very loud tightly packed and just a blast
Nassau Coliseum hands down. Mistake letting the Isles go back to Brooklyn for Round 2
Honda center is outstanding. I have seen 30 or 40 hockey games and 3 basketball games there, there isnt a bad seat in the house, and the outside of the arena and concourse is still beautiful. It looks like a new building still. They have done an amazing job with the upkeep.
Wild fan here. I've been tho the Xcel Center many times, and often sit in the higher up sections. Strange as it may seem, the scoreboard doen't really obstruct the view as much as you'd think. For the angles, if any, that are effected, they play the game on the massive screens, so you don't even have to worry about vision obstruction.
As for the lower bowl, it really isn't as flat as it looks in the picture. I went to a prospect scrimmage a few years back, and sat about 8 rows up from the glass, and I felt like an eagle perched on a high branch.
Rogers Arena in Vancouver the concourse is incredibly cramped and small...during intermission its near impossible to get anywhere. They're also doing renovations (the Aquilinies) here attaching condos to the stadium lmao. It's pretty cheap there and I work dt so might move there in the near future.
But Im getting away from the point. The concourse at Rogers Arena is puny!!
The view from any seat in msg is good I can tell you that
i was at the AAC in dallas to watch a mavricks game in 2016 and i was in the back corner near one of those walls and the sound was quite loud but it was so electric, the mavs lost to the spurs i was there with my school on tour for music
Ohhh Bridgestone ... I went to a preseason game and got tickets at the steep part because I didn’t think it would be that bad! ... and then I had a panic attack! Luckily the people working in the help department were very understanding and found my friends and I some untaken seats on the entry level and allowed us to stay there free of charge. Overall: Very nice arena, the experience is great!
The Wild have such a nice arena, and funny enough, Pittsburgh based their arena off of our design. Anyways, what’s also cool is the interior of Xcel has a lighthouse style to match to “North-shore” of Lake Superior (Split Rock Lighthouse; it’s super cool!)
So funny enough, if you ranked Pittsburgh high, Xcel should be even higher.... it’s better and the Penguins stole their style and set up (Pittsburgh is a little less organized though than Xcel so that’s why the Wild’s arena should even be higher in the rankings).
Love your videos though, thanks for usually ranking Minnesota high and giving us all the love; besides you San Jose Sharks bias 😂😉
Pittsburgh didnt steal anything. Its the same architect that designed a few other arenas in the NHL. Just kinda his style
Im from Minnesota and i have been to a lot of games there and its awesome
Hahaha bro I’m a huge wild fan and I grew up in Pittsburgh... it’s an unreal arena, 11 years newer than excel and certainly not less organized. You’re a fool letting his bias spew out bullshit
Many hockey arenas have similar styles. That doesn’t mean that Pittsburgh “stole” anything.
Charlie Graves loud atmosphere
You guys should do a Q&A so we can get to know you guys more outside of hockey!
Sure we can do that! We usually take a lot of questions during our Live Streams.
Post2Post good to know, I will surely start watching those. Thanks!
I'm from Massachusetts.I have been to Bruins games many times at the TD Garden. Awesome stadium for hockey and there is a train station within the building.
In the Pepsi center if you look in the top right there are scoreboards that display out of town scores and player stats that can block your view depending on where you are sitting
I guarantee you that the top balcony seats in the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul where the Wild play can see the rink without obstruction from the jumbo tron.
I can attest to that. There is zero visibility problem anywhere st The Xcel.
I've watched probably at least 20 Wild games from up there and I'm always impressed by how overhead and close to the action you feel.
I'd actually prefer the upper deck at The Xcel to anywhere else except for seats on the ends just off the glass. That is a thrill. Not to mention gorgeous trophy women everywhere taking selfies:( and talking throughout the game.
@@braddocke.hutton7392 your right. Ive been there so many times and in so many different seats and theres not a bad one
If you went to MSG, it would be in your top 5 at least. Electric.
John Abbate i live in calgary i went to a game its awesome
MSG is amazing regular season and beyond amazing in the playoffs. Those fans REALLY care about their team.
I would say top 10. certainly not 30. I've been to the Garden when the Rangers wore there white jerseys and Blue. i'm from the area I would say top 10 makes sense. MSG.
Agreed. I went on a Canucks eastern road trip last season.
MSG was probably my favorite, that or the united center
I wonder if this ranking was done prior to the big MSG renovation? I would like to see where MSG ranks now.
Nationwide Arena is epic. The Netjets Suite Level is incredible and gives a home like feel. The cannon when the Jackets score is loud, but when you start going to more games, then you get used to it.
Thumbs up for Nationwide Arena.
I am stoked that you ranked Las Vegas' T-Mobile Arena #2. I actually think that is a great rank since it does much more than host our Golden Knights.
I haven't been able to watch a game during our Inaugural Season, but there's at least 2 more Home games that I can hope to attend if the Golden Knights don't Sweep the Sharks.
Even though a Sweep of 4 games would be less stress to endure for us Golden Knights Fans if they go 5, or 7 games that would give me 3 to 4 chances to see them this year if they aren't Sold Out.
GO GOLDEN KNIGHTS!!!! ;-)
i don't know if you guys knew but the oilers seats aren't made like that. I live in Edmonton and i have been to rogers place 6 times already. They put flags, jerseys, and other merchandise on the seats to make the symbol. They have done it twice this season maybe 3. Season and rogers place opener, fan appreciation night, and idk but maybe the first playoff game. I don't like to give away my own arena but i thought i should let you know.
Yeah, despite what they said in the video it IS a multi use facility and all the seats are black. What you're seeing in that image is T-shirts laid over each chair to make the pattern and yes the fans get to keep them.
Vadoosh Skadoosh yea
Yeah the seats are all black those are just flags in the photo he used during the first Oilers home game in the arena
Crush Gunner exactly I don’t know what these guys are talking about at all.... that was a concept picture when they were making it
Dustin K It is a multi-use facility but they said the Oilers are clearly the main tenant and they're not wrong. The building was made catered to the Oilers, although it holds other things it's an Oilers building at heart. The t-shirts aside Rogers Place looks amazing on TV and even better in person, everything from the ice to the view to the seating chart is breathtaking. It's funny how nobody talks about Rexall anymore.
I'm a stars fan but live in buffalo the sabres have a solid arena inside and out
In the sap center the object in the left hand corner is the shark. The shark is the object they skate through when its game time. Nashville, Edmonton they have those two. Just different objects
