I started watching CJ so cool because of you and the children and enjoyed each of you . Very sad to see that parents can’t work things out for the sake of their children. This dude is a huge narcissist and of course he’s going to fault everyone else except himself smh. Trust me, I know firsthand. I have a 15 and 10 year old daughter and son who absolutely can’t stand their dad. This man abandoned his family (us) in 2017 and moved to a different state and all of a sudden fell out of the sky in 2022 demanding 50/50 custody so he won’t have to pay child support….he’s $20,000 in arrears so he still have to pay. Crazy thing, 50% of his time, I have my kids 45% of his time!!!! He hasn’t gotten the kids since October! He can’t transport the kids and his 1 year old son because he’s constantly failing his alcohol and drug tests. So I get it. This can be a stressful situation but PRAY!!!! Pray!!!! Your attorney will take care of things and let’s pray that everything will work in your favor

And the parent who makes more is automatically responsible to pay child support to the less earning parent(unless it’s waived). And Cj does not want to pay…and it’s difficult because he’s basically self employed so it’s most likely hard for them to get his accurate income. Nikee said herself that when her and Cj were in court for child support he hid income from the courts. That’s why her child support was $1400, which was low considering his real income

And I know y’all adults are not this simple minded to think that just because one parent makes more than the other, the parent making less is broke. If one parent makes 500K a year and the other makes 200k, the one making 200k is still not broke as long as they are not living beyond their means.
