Absolutely! I'm old enough to remember these videos when they came out, apart from being blown away by the skating, i loved the music too. I always wondered why i could never find out who made it.
I still have the VHS of ‘Risk It’ and these two were my favorite parts and not just their skating but the music too…still can’t believe that wasn’t a real band as their songs were great…thanks for sharing it here.
Yep this one still lives in my VHS collection. There has to be wear on my tape from how often I’d watch these two parts. Such creative skating. And even pushing 50 I still whip out those classic no pop 360 shuvs. 😂
Watched these parts so many times - so good. Ocean Howell is one of my all time favourites! Big flips in 89/90 - so ahead of its time. Markus's nose bonk backside bigspin was a mind-blowing NBD that I don't think was ever repeated?
Markus with possibly the first front feeble down a handrail captured on video. Both parts are truly awesome. Looks like Markus was skating a Hensley king size deck. Those decks were close to 10" wide.
@@PatrickRTaylor-n8k YES!! Next video up is the Raging Waters Boomaramp full story and tons of unseen footy, a lot of it I shot on 16mm- recently transferred. Its NUTS.
@@JAH0SEPH True they were all prior to Henry and all tech. But 'tech' skating as its known today or, actually modern skating generally is based on what Henry brought to skating in a short period at EMB (he'd started skating months before doing so -which is fuqed). That contest when he gave props to Penny, that was G unit. Anyway -God Bless.
I sincerely hope I won’t die without seeing those songs get an official release somehow….surely a lot of others feel that way too.

Those Nose Bonk One Footed's Tsil grabs off the bench were bad ass. Thanks again Tony for sharing some history.
A old skateboarder and a old old fan of both learned a lot from oceans style over the yrs skateboarding for sure thanks for sharing

Ocean always had such an efficient, relaxed style.
Another Great Video ! 🤘🤪🤘
Thank you Henry! So many memories of filming and editing it came rushing in tonight as I was remastering this.
@RealSkateStories Do you have anymore Upland Pipeline footage?

Thank you!
Damn, pretty badass!!
The homies skating with the homies band, pretty fuckin epic. The eclipse fits so good on that curb skating
What are the two other songs. I would definitely skate to them dudes
Good video
Sick 🔥🔥🔥🔥✌️♥️🙏
Ocean footy is always welcome. Those tails were steep af.
Where the hell is Ocean now?? He was coming in as I was putting my board away. Just got back on it last year. After a 30 year hiatus.
Think he's a city planner
He is a University History Professor
@@RealSkateStories somehow I'm not surprised. I wonder if he still skates. Oh well, thanks for the response! Love the channel.
wow, what am i reading? wow!
nice
Where is Mark now? He kind of disappeared from public view pretty quickly.
He is doing well, family man.
You mean 'Henry Sanchez'.
With respect, this footage was shot in the late 80's. Sanchez for sure is a pioneer but these two, Javante and Salomon were prior

"you guys jus come in here and jump on the skate the skateboards and tear the benches up and stuff" 🫵 🥸
