I'm very grateful to live in the Aussie bush where I'm surrounded by oceans of tall, majestic tree people & masses of wildlife. As much as I love being an empath i feel like I'm always tired, tired of absorbing what's around me. Thanks for it, just visualized a beautiful temple of healing while listening 💜💜💜

I picture a white light around me and my home pets etc. I also like to picture certain toxic people walking away from me and getting smaller as to sort of way to banish their energy from seeping "inside of me! Also really into this banditos protective spray" from an intential bases aromatherapy company called Kate's Majik its online. I spray it on me often and when I go out shopping in busy places. It really seems to help keep the energy zappers away. 😊

My own experience with being an empath led me to look into the benefits of dietary improvement / vitamin supplements on strengthening my mind so that I could mitigate the impact of others emotions on me and control in part when my empathic side was active. A good multi vitamin (ensure total B6 level from supplements is not more than 12mg as high levels cause long term issues) and magnesium supplement are worth considering. St John's Wort can provide an emotional reset as can ginger (and alcoholic drinks but I don't recommend that), if you are genuinely tired all the time you may be deficient in iron (guys can supp safely 5mg per day which is usually in most multis, 8mg if you do not eat read meat), Vit E (400 IU per day max) or B12 (you do not need more than 100-150mcg B12 at most from all supps), Vit E and B12 are in my experience best taken after dinner when energy levels fall, if you take too much B12 in the morning you might have difficulty focusing during the day due to too much energy. Life becomes easier when you give up sugar caffeine added salt and fried food, it helps you find your balance more naturally and sustainably.

Do not let the world tear you apart, it's something we hsp and empaths learn too late. I'm 34yo and i learn it very early but mustering it took me until 5 years ago. Don't mention to them, mention to whom are able to comprehend only. Enhance your abilities and don't let who doesn't understand know it so it doesn't drain your energies, because we give our energies away, we can feel theirs, we want to help but we cannot save everyone, but themselves and only ourselves, may that be a learning lesson for them and us. Gather your strength only for who really needs it. Our energy is extremely healing but if drained, it is not useful, because we have to recuperate. I'm HSP, extra sensory, i can't hear extravagant noises like everyone else can, it hurts my head, i get a headache. I'm from sirius starseed collective and i love the water. I can feel everyone's energy and it's quite draining if i put focus on everyone.
As a very sensitive empath this music is very healing. In fact all your music is healing. I use it as part of my meditation to Centre and ground myself.. I literally feel the healing frequencies shift, clear and Centre me. Forever grateful for your incredible gift to humanity🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💖💖💖💖

I JUST NOW found your channel & I feel so blessed now! I LOVE your music & how you use it to help heal others! I'm musically inclined with singing and only in the last 4yrs I learned of a music therapist. Im WELL past college & have a BFA in performing arts that was apparently a waste of time... This would've been a wonderful career for me! I NOW have debilitating issues from Long Covid & THIS type of therapy is PERFECT for me! I've been really enjoying your content, slowly exploring each for when I'm falling asleep or if I need something that's stimulating but relaxing while trying to do something artsy

I don't have wife, just phone data and I'm limited on how I spend it... So the videos you do are great for all my needs
The only way they would be better, for me specifically, is if they all had a black screen option
But when trying to stay awake and listen, I do love them all visually but it really is fascinating to watch the ones that show how you make them as your making them... The whole process looks really cool
