Sick of casual Chargers fans who think we crushed the draft. Alt, Colson and Hart are the really good picks. Rice might by a nice little find in the 7th.
But besides that i promise u we didnt do anywhere as well as ppl think. Ladd is a great human being but he is Andy Isabella 2.0 Look at the combine numbers they are virtually identical. Look at the tape they are virtually identical. Ppl said the exact same things about Isabella, really good route runner, always open. It was a massive reach and quite frankly the wrong pick with so many better wr options on the board

Chris Long- I don’t know if you read the comments, but I want to compliment you on the style of your videos. So many podcasters take the first 5 minutes with all their little catch phrases and show name intros and then an AD read…good lord. I really liked how you got right to it. Right to the meat or the interview. Well done.

@@zachbenson9548I remember him getting buried all game in the SB a few years ago. If you can’t protect your QB you won’t win a Super Bowl. That’s the most basic qualifier for any Super Bowl team. Remember the Broncos vs Panthers a few years ago? Can Newton got sacked 400 times and they got blown out. Manning with a metal neck had a clean pocket and delivered all season lol. How to build a Super Bowl team.
      1 get a franchise QB
2 protect your QB with a top 10 oline
      3 good head coach.
Everything else is far below that.
If you oline blocks for over 3 seconds and you have ANY wr that is NFL talent combined with good coaching you will find open guys. You can’t really do much about the oline. They rely on no one and everyone counts on them.

Sorry man but you’re wrong about Ekeler. When Melvin Gordon held out, Austin made him look like a bum. In turn, Austin got paid vice Gordon. Austin was underrated for so long and was an important piece to the offense. One of the greatest undrafted RBs of all time imo.

They kind of surprised people with stacking the receiver room. I thought they might have gone with another OG in free agency. I guess they are good with Salyer. Also speaks to the misconception that they are not going to throw the ball...I always thought that narrative was stupid.
