I'll never stay at another Valentin hotel ever again. The hotel bell boy lost or stole one of my luggage the day I arrived. The hotel confirmed by security camera this was the case. The hotel has done nothing to compensate me in anyway and ignore my emails. My trip was ruined and a waste of money. My advice is to save yourself stress, time and money and book elsewhere.
