I’m I the only one having trouble importing normal poses? I want to make my own animated poses but I can’t import poses- (and I adjusted the bodies for my characters a lot-)

The poses are cool, but I have a little problem.. I make the characters' bodies longer, heads smaller, etc., and when I turn on the animation, the bodies don't look like mine... if you can do something about it, then please tell me, otherwise I really don't want to do it myself (considering how many poses there can be in one animation).
