    Bro. Our WRs, even before Nabors, are solid. You can win with them. The issue is the HISTORICALLY awful O-Line. It's the only issue. Believe it.

      I agree. He never has had the time to deliver the ball, to play under pressure is one thing. But to expect him to be accurate while being one of the most pressured QBs in the league is crazy. We should hold our O line to a higher standard instead of the other positions affected by them.

    IF: Jones starts and finishes at least 14 games, they have very resonable health as a whole, espec key players, AND Dabol calls most plays, they can actually win 9 or even 10. Fingers crossed.

    Even without saquon that O Line and run game still has to be present. That is when Danny was at his best, he needs to be good when it matters . In and out the clutch, week in and week out.

    i agree with alex DJ has to open let it rip he has weapons now, Slayton could have a big year if the Ol protects DJ, he also has to be more of a pocket passer but he need confidence in the OL!

  • @CarmeloJaimenje

    Also its going to be the OL who going to have to protect DJ in order for the DJ to have time to get the ball to his receivers. Point blank.

    We Can Say All We Want About DJ But When That Line Holds Up We All Have Seen Him Perform .. Give Him Time He Will Get In Rhythm & Pick You Apart Put Extreme Pressure On Him Like Last Season He Will Be Terrible Like Last Year .. That’s It Can Our Oline Finally Get Right It’s Like We Cursed Ever Since We Won Our Last Superbowl We Keep Expecting To Be Good/ Playoff Team With Subpar Olines For A Decade

    9 maybe 10 wins is the best you can hope for this season there are many questions on both sides of the ball and the division will be more competitive what DJ does will depend on what he should the players around him because leadership will be extremely important right from the start week 1 injuries are what they are it’s how you deal with them that matters Dabol also must do WHATEVER he needs to do in every situation to win no more well this guy the and yes he is not playing well but he’s the starter it’s next man up and let it ride GO GIANTS

    We need a leader at Qb, the guy barely has personality.

      @@jamesmackey1229 winning games consistently would be entertaining enough for most of us but he doesn't seem particularly capable of making that happen. Firing up the squad and being a motivational leader would be at least a point in his favor but he doesn't seem capable of that either. His best season didn't even have him ranked as an average QB by stats. What is there to keep defending him for? Because he has a good work ethic? Good for him, when is it going to translate to wins or even consistently average QB play? He doesn't have a lot of drama and is good at talking to the media? That's really good when you're losing consistently year after year but we don't want to keep losing. I legitimately don't see it, why are so many people so adamant that he's good when EVERYTHING we've seen the last 6 years tells us he isn't? Make it make sense

      @@navaronehartman8880 So... you would've fired Phil Simms. Because they are on incredibly similar career paths

    • @ggraham852
      @ggraham852 2 месяца назад

      @@jamesmackey1229no not entertaining just a leader, u know traits like speaking up, letting the team no everything is going to be ok after a bad drive, and etc. Phil sims jokingly said “ next time Daboll curses u out listen first and then curse him back out” he looked afraid like he asked him to curse at his parents or something. 🤦🏽‍♂️

    • @navaronehartman8880
      @navaronehartman8880 2 месяца назад +1

      @@Redd_Fawkes Phil Simms in his 5th season had his 2nd playoff appearance, 4000+ passing yards that year, and was a top 3 in QB stats that year for the league... And Simms likely would have better stats earlier years if he didn't miss all of 1982 and all but two games in 1983. It also isn't the 1980s anymore... The league is different and much harder now. I'm sure DJ would have balled out in the 80's if he wasn't, you know, made of paper and injured every season. It wasn't exactly the same passing focused league we're watching right now and pass defense wasn't nearly as complex as it is now. That isn't the point though, the point is that Simms at least showed enough greatness to justify seeing what would happen. If DJ had even a top 10 season in his first 5 years, we wouldn't be having this conversation because I'd be right there with you. Unfortunately, we live in reality and reality dictates that we observe what someone has done to help predict what they're capable of and what I've seen of DJ is that he's capable of handing the ball off, scrambling, and making passes of unreliable accuracy to usually his first read and if you ask him to do anything much more complex, he's probably going to throw an interception or take a sack. When your best season is 15 passing TDs, 7 rushing TDs, and not even a total of 4000 yards between his passing and rushing, there's a problem.

    So he's doing everything he can to get ready. Didn't he do that in past years and still got injured and he still sucked throughout the season. What Daniel Jones needs to learn you can't teach guys. The game is too fast for him. Y'all gonna let him fool once again watch.

    Honestly and respectfully... You have to be delusional if you think daniel is going to wake up and be a new player. He is who he is. He's not going to change. All he does is check down, run and stack stats. I see the same videos every off season since he been with the Giants and it's like ppl forget how bad he was that previous season. Face it, Giants have been a bad team since daniel been at QB and trust me in September it will be back to regularly scheduled programming.
