    Working on a similar project but will probably lease it all NNN after rehabbing. But I am interested to learn about Construction Loans for Historic Properties. I have heard they are near impossible to get?

    A very old school near my home was purchased by a venture capital firm and it's just been sitting there vacant since the 50s, completely molded over. But, the brick bones and property is so beautiful. Ryan Homes was supposed to develop it, but changed their mind for some reason...

    Great content as usual.....theres a hot market here in Fl and all over U.S for pickleball... fastest growing sport in US. What do you think of getting a flex space and putting up courts to rent out? How do we do an analysis to see if its worth it?....have ideas just scared to pull trigger especially with the cost of loans

      Thank you! Yeah pickleball is great. We’re looking at doing one at a property I own and we underwrote it similar to an Airbnb / hotel
