You can see the hard work and dedication she put into the performance, and the thankfulness she felt towards all of the fans. I think at this moment she really needed assurance that she deserved to be on running man. With the addition of the great two members I think she felt even more pressure to "earn" her spot after nearly being fired. You can see the relief and anxiety seep out of her when she begins to talk, like there is so much that she has to say. When the person in the audience shouts out "You did a good job!" you can tell she's been so overwhelmed by everything and just breaks into tears where all she can say is "Thank you". I definitely feel like Jihyo needed to hear that the most in that moment. And like the caption says, her short comment contains so much meaning behind it. I feel like this performance was her trying to convey her hard work to the audience and people watching. Jihyo's authenticity will forever be her strongest point.

Its been 9 years. No matter what job u are in, staying in the same job for 9 years isnt easy. 9 years of memories, friendship flooded into her mind. She lost some colleagues on the way, sustained injuries that didnt make the final cut. Its been a long 9 years and everyone grew old. On behalf of everyone, I thank you, every member of running man, including the staffs for weekly laughter which makes millions of people days better.
I just watched this yesterday and teared up at her reaction. The amount of work put into this event was incredible and you can tell everyone put 100% of themselves into it.
