If you stop 10’ short of your last piece on the job then cut out the coil you will have an empty machine without any waste or pieces piling up.

My boss LOSES his mind when the extruder guy doesn’t cut the coil. Us employees that level the pieces also gain some shit talk ammo for the day when it happens 😂

One side of the spin wheel is flat and the other side is deep dish so that's how the size moves from 6 to 5

This is the double spool model, meaning you can leave them both on at all times? Otherwise with the single you’d be stuck removing the entire coil and replacing, is that the only difference in their double and single spool?

Whats the difference of jr and full size ? Also when you get a job that has colored gutters and not white do you paint them your self or how is that ?

The Jr is shorter by about 14.5 inches coming in around 9ft. The Jr weights less by about 500LBS. The benefit of the Jr would be that you can fit it in a smaller truck or trailer. Coils are available in different colors...ask your supply house what colors they offer. Also the JR can not rollform 24 gauge steel...if that matters to you.

@@CertitudeHI I've also spoken to the owner and maker of KWM's machines and he said the JR machine was really designed to be put in the back of a pick up truck. A full size machine is what he recommended if your going with a trailer or box truck. Its easier to work on, has more capabilities and makes more quality gutters.

What gauge and width of metal do you use for both? And where do you get your rolls from?
