Yes he was born in the UK, but he raised in Ghana during his adolescent years. TINA stands for This Is New Africa, which means in this song he's obviously talking about his love for the continent and his how he values his roots. No matter what, he will never be ashamed of being African because at the end of the day he sees Africa to be an important part of him. And yes, there aren't white women in the video, instead he chooses to display the multiple shades in skin color that can be found all over Africa.
Music is music.
If its good then it's good.
Always be proud of your roots. What ever they maybe, and always be yourself.
Music is listened to by everyone 😀
im not even african and im proud of being african
who is born i n the uk
Love this music
😊😊
As a white person im so f*cking ashamed of these racial comments made by other whites and id like to apologise on behalf of these idiotic fools. It still shocks me that racism is still alive in 2015. I absolutely love Fuse ODG's music its always got happy vibes and just makes me want to dance haha. Much love Fuse!

+naomie ngo yon tjega the comment i have been looking for
You r e welcome lol
Africa is transforming. Sucks how alot of people here in the west think it's all slums and poor children. I dont think so . It's a beautiful place to go and experience
Helios Sucks but I prefer they think that so we can do our thing in calm, away from their prying eyes. They were looking down on China 15 years ago and missed China transformation. I prefer that we do our own things without them interfering.
lol omg so true, yeah china was the same and india is just behind the progress as well.
Helios I don't think so I want to Visit Kenya before I die and see the cousins I've never met face to face. Also to experience the beauty we don't have in Canada.
+Ayana's intelligent response, beside we dont give a damn about what and how they think about us.
This song was filmed in the uk
the pregnant lady in the blue dress is very pretty
i hate wen ppl say, "ohhh africa is soo poor and they horrible i never want to go there!!" well think again! this video and azonto shows the real africa!!
who's wit me on this?!?!
👐
It dont really, these guys are lucky they have a good quality of life
+Alessio Leo there are poor ppl everywhere. As a ghanaian ,i ll say most ppl dont have enough or got little buh i dont think most africans are poor
Preach
Muchiri Mbugua They say the same thing about Haiti. All countries have lovely cities and ghetto slums, not just the black countries.
Id rather hear this meaningful song than a song about drugs, sex and hoes. Love this song!
In case you don’t know, you children of GOD, you DEVELOP in your mum( WOMB) for 9 months, look after you from birth to adult ,SO RESPECT
I've gotta take a trip to Africa. 😎. Looks like they know how to party and have great vibes. 😂.

We love to party

KYRJSJF BOIIGAMER IKR!!!!!!
YES +MIA PERRY LOVE THIS SONG ❤️👌
;)
Fucking i love that song
My cousin is at 1:46
Yeah I have seen your cousin
Aww he's so adorable!
Yassssssssss
hey
It really annoys me when people just assume or say the song is crap basically because somebody's of a different race/skin colour. In that case then, it's the same with somebody with different colour eyes or hair, something. Some people need to grow up, what pleasure does being racist give you? It's just skin, they should not be treated any differently in whatever industry it is. I love this song and many of their other songs and I'm not even of their race, it just makes me happy, the beat etc. People really need to grow up!!1
Couldn't have said it better myself.
***** SOOO true well said x
Couldn't agree more.. XD
I fucking hate Nicki minaj, rihanna, Iggy Azalea, Ariana grande and a bunch of other artists.... does that make me racist even though i'm black? Nope... i simply lost all the respect i had for some of them and their music downgraded to shit over the years... irregardless of their skin colour... some people simply suck at singing, in my opinion.
erika ramos You hate a number of people who you don't know and have probably never met?
2019??
Ok just me..
Nope me too
You're not alone!!!
Me too
Nah g same here
Ur not alone man I'm watching it in 2020

My wish for Africa is to spread more of this kind of vision and talent, and less violence, hatred and power struggles. It's so beautiful and sexy and vibrant and authentic and hip.... well, to me (i only just saw the music video, courtesy of the gym jukebox reel). Amazing beautiful people. That's the kind of Africa i can be proud of. :)
only together
Loveit
Well it's what the public demands are, many western people prefer more violent music than music like this.
SSuperCuriouss Africa is next thing I promise you, we don't kill each other like other color we just struggling now but by God's grace we will be just fine

Hazza Damn you lol 😂
to this day, this is one of my top favourite songs of all time!
Love the Vibe in this alot man as Africans we need to show the positives in our culture like the love we have for others in need and the family bond that we treasure, forget the disgusting images the media tends to portray we are a proud loving generous people and should let world see that!! Peace and Love to the World!!
Yep..Big up to fuse.
wait didn't Europeans do that to?
#T.I.N.A :D
That occurs because the people in power are corrupt, people placed in power by western leaders in order for them to continue to deplete African resources without limits. Should there be an end to corruption, these things would cease to occur. American's had slaves, however when sound minded people entered into power they abolished it. Something I hope can one day occur to the African content. PS I would like to apologise for calling you a 'dumb ignorant pig', that was totally unnecessary and uncalled for. Thank you for not returning obscenities.
thegigadykid1 yeah because they stay in uk that way. uk laws are good !!
African culture looks so vibrant :D
I absolutely admire this video! I love how Fuse ODG is so proud of where he has come from and has depicted this in the video - the traditional clothes and dance. Not many artists do this, they confirm to the 'pop culture' look. It is great how this artist can include his Ghana roots!! So lovely to watch :)
Hats off to Fuse, Angel made this great too!
Anyone feel the same?
I feel the same thing like you :)
I feel de same too
I thought I heard "hurt my head Obama" the first time so I had to Google..shit I was so wrong hahahaha

👈What Legend Is Still Bamging Out This tune In Nov 2020? 👇👇
Fuse ODG is one of the UKs most genuine popular artists. The way he incorporates his Ghanaian heritage and makes it accessible for people of all skin colours and musical tastes is truly brilliant.
This makes me proud to be African and I'm not even African ❤
This song is big in Australia now! always on the radio!
They like this song in Australia they know he black British/Ghanaian as there the racist bunch on earth after yanks
Jëyriel Swibs Isn't Australia super anti-black/racist?
Not even. Been here 8 years and I've never experience any racism what so ever!

When you haven’t heard this song in years but you still know the lyrics
Lol❤️❤️
THIS IS THE NEW AFRICA (my mother comes from there and her eyes always light up when she sees anything to do with african culture)
you alive
The fashion and rich culture displayed, makes this video stunning! Love it.
You guys and girls have saved my life! was in a dark place from 08-14 suffering from addiction, watched your performance on Jools Holland in 2014 and just blew my mind! was lucky to get a Glastonbury ticket for 2015 and see you all on the Sonic stage! the music is just pure vibes! snap'd me out of that dark place! thank you Fuse!
I know this is probably super late and random, but I hope you're still doing okay, and hopefully that dark place is a thing of the past. I've been there too and it is scary to be there, but once you're out of it, life feels much better.
I can't stop listening to this tune.... top African tune forever!! 🇬🇭
Dear Fuse, please tell us who your tailor is... looking to make some correct clothes with those nice ankara prints.

This video shows what true Africa is like; bright and beautiful.
I hate it when racist people/ the Media give me a bad name
White people don’t wanna see black nations succeed. Wants us to be always under them and their influence in our lives
Suck m'y est pas mal et j'ai pas encore trouvé de travail mais c'est pas possible je vais faire une petite sieste en fin de journée ou après
I ain't racist, but that's 1000 n 1 reasons why i can't do whites.... Black girls rock.
❤️
ei kwadwo nie!😁
BRENDA BROWN .. or i dey lie.
+Kwadwo Asare Owusu u no dey lie aa😀
Saying I want do white women is not only racist but also objects women of any colour
Is it just me or is the girl with blue lips stunning?
Its not just you! Rude much Awesome Guy
What I love about FUSE ODG is that he always make sure not to only bring Ghana culture out but every African country culture as well. He's Ghanaian but he always represent the whole of Africa & I really LOVE that #TeamAfrica #TeamGhana ! We are ONE #TINA ❤️💛💚
Needs to be more musicians like fuse. Every song he's done I've loved antenna dangerous love azonzo and this to name but a few. He's incapable of not making a great and catchy tune u just want to dance to and he does it without talking about hoes and all the money he has earned and just genuinely being a tool. Thank you fuse for making music

This song is so underrated, I love the intro the guitar sounds cool, I love Angel's voice I'm a big of his, I wish he was more popular, his so talented. 👍👌😓
It's always the underrated artists that give us the best music. In some ways, it's better for artists like Angel to remain underrated and let them stay true to their passion.
Everytime he sings"Shes my divaaaaaaaaaaa" it always reminds me of Dappy from N-Dubz, it sounds like him, he could totally do that part justice.
Kholie Aktar rude!
Someones got a soft spot for Dapps.

Who is still here at 2021?
Ghana is the best 😉😊
No Africa is the best
I’m here again today Tuesday June 6th.2023 and it’s still dope
Never gets old, I love fuse ODG
Wooowwww people ! Just calm down god dammit ! I'm white, I'm listening every kind of music (metal, rock, african music and even traditional celtic music) and.... Well ok, i'm maybe a little bit jealous ^-^ but not in the bad way. My point is that there's way too much violence here --> Behind the comments about this music, you just try to spread your racial prejudice. That is not cool !
As far as i'm concerned, I enjoy this song specially because I can dance on it and because it makes me cheerful :)
Quite simple right ?
мудак?
What r u on about?
OMI kinda copied this song kinda (cheerleader)
+Wale Ades I felt so too
+Wale Ades This came out before cheerleader..
Scratch OSW yes it did
+Wale Ades cheerleader came out in like 2012 kid
Still werent copying
I love how this song promotes (like very few out there nowadays) respect for a woman - ANY woman, no matter young or mature, slim or chubby, girlfriend or mother, pregnant or not - beautiful :)
I wanna marry ghanaian 🇬🇭😍
