Customers Waiting Across the UK for the Service to Start

We've been collecting the details of everyone who has called to use the service and have built up a database of over 600 people across the UK
When someone starts in that area, we pass on details of the potential customers for the franchisee to contact
In some areas we have a lot of customers and in others maybe only 1 or 2
Saying that in Solihull we had 12 customers in our database and none of them used the service in the 18 months it was running there
Still Nic our franchisee there earned her full franchise fee back in just 6 months
So having people already waiting or not is not going to affect the ability to grow a successful business
