What makes it so juicy at a restaurant? Is it the extra fat or onions?
I tried lulya kebab at a restaurant and at home. But at the restaurant its always soooo much more moist and juicy. Like juicy comes out of every bite. Im trying to figure it out. Some people say its the baking soda that keeps the juices in
