- This video is about my bunny's life with heart disease and how we adjust our life to make things work. I will admit that it is quite stressful living with a bunny with heart disease. We have to be very careful of the things he eats, where he goes, any body weight fluctuations, exercise, but not overly, and many more. 😅

I'm so glad that he's taking his meds so easily. For you but especially for him! Spares you both of so much stress and heartache. Both of mine don't take it easily and I'm often so sad bc I can't explain to them why I'm doing it. They think that maybe I'm just being mean and that almost brings tears to my eyes..
Aww I get it. Ellie doesn't like med either. 🥲 But she doesn't need daily medicine, so that's great!
@@BoboEllieBuns Yeah, that's why I'm so glad that mine don't have to take it everyday. But when they have to take something i usually don't have time to delay it because they need it right then and it can't wait. It's just an awful thing to "force" something onto them that they don't want and don't understand. Fortunately they are very forgiving when the treats come 😅 Showing me the booty and giving me the side eye for 3min but then they can't resist - I love threat bribery!😂🥰
Mine is the same when she got spayed I give up giving her the pain meds after a few days as it was just causing her more stress than not having them

This bunny is so smart, sweet, and good about taking meds to help his precious heart. He is amazing. He loves you very much.
That groomer was amazing at handling him! I need to find a groomer like that for our 3 bunnies. The one might even be worse than Bobo lol....like he goes insane to escape. I have no idea why, because he trusts us completely otherwise. Like we can touch his feet, his belly, he'll sit on us and cuddle....but if we try to grab him to clip his nails or clean his ears or anything, he suddenly thinks we're trying to kill him.
My bunny died a few days ago😔 she got 13 years old in human years..i gave her all the love and care a bunbun need. And watching your vids now makes me happy, you take very good care of your bunbuns❤

BoBo is such ani adorable, lovely and brave bun! It's so wholesome that he reminds you about his meds, and it only shows how intelligent bunnies can be! My bunny is very intelligent too. He's so clean like he never peed outside his litterbox, he knows amazing tricks (he can dance and spin standing on his back legs!) and he's a good boy about taking his medicine too (like yearly doses od deworming meds). Sending a lot of hugs for BoBo, Ellie and you guys!

Great video! As if we didn't already have enough reasons to love Bobo already! But seriously, it was very instructive watching Bobo during grooming time! I'm sure it must be very stressful, in general, for rabbits, but with Bobo's history of (for him) unpleasant vet visits it must be very frightening to him. I just can't fully express how much warm floofiness I get from watching Ellie and Bobo!! ❤️❤️🐰🐰

One of my bunnies just got diagnosed with heart failure today. Seeing Bobo doing well in the video gives me some hope and ideas on how to make her more comfortable for the remainder of her life. She been prescribed an oral medication to help treat her, hopefully it goes well.

Nicole! J! I somehow missed this video back in November. So well done. I didn't realize exactly what Bobo's heart disease entailed. Poor little boy. I realize now that I need to get BeBe more hydrated, she drinks so little water. Love your hay roller -- dust and tiny pieces make BeBe and me sneeze. I haven't visited Seattle since before the pandemic. Miss it so much. 🐇🐇🐇

Take care of your beloved bunnies! I had to put One of my two bunnies sleep 3 days ago after he rejected food for 36 hours. Vet found multiple major issues after x ray and body inspection. I am adopting two more bunnies to help healing the void.

I found nail trimming new strategy from a puppy's channel. They use a hanger like a human baby swing with 4 holes to keep the paws out so while the furry baby is hanging you can trim the nails easily. Sorry I missed that channel details to get the pictures of that. I love you bobo boy. Always praying for you. By the way if bobo is mad at you say sorry in his language (your forehead touching his forehead. This is how bunny exchanges sorry).
No matter what the problem is cute anyways stay cute :) (and it's easier to give them medicine because 9/10 time they don't spit it out again because of the taste as far as i know) and i think i speak for all if i say: we hope that he has a long and as healthy life as he can have :)

I’m sorry to hear about Bobo’s heart condition, but thanks for having patience and compassion and taking good care of him. Rabbits like him unfortunately get dumped by their owners. I have a rabbit who has seizures and he has to take daily meds too. It’s not a huge life changing event to have a pet that needs special care. ❤
