5:22 Dear, Mr.Terry, I hope this block of text finds you well, Hello, I’m a pretty regular viewer of this channel, and I wanted to correct this statement you made at the time stated above. So to get started let’s just say you were able to gather all the nukes EVER made, and detonated them, they would still be around 1/10 the power of the asteroid that killed off the non-avian dinosaurs. And even after the extinction event life still found a way to live. And I’m pretty sure that if birds, small mammals and insects could survive a massive asteroid and a “nuclear winter” we can survive a disaster that is 10 times weaker. And even if there was a nuclear winter, at most it would last a year, but in reality it wouldn’t reasonably last even that long. And the last thing that I wanted to clear up is that most of the nukes humanity has are small, because it is unrealistic to create 10 Fat Man’s, and use them, as they are so big that they are a pain in the rear to carry them around without being detected by radar because they are so big. And one more thing, those massive nuclear bombs that were made during the height of the Cold War, were mainly made for propaganda purposes, and to scare the other side, not for actual use, as they are so ridiculously expensive and massive they are just plane out useless. So in conclusion, nukes, as powerful and horrible as they are, they are not as powerful or destructive as some would make it out to be, at least not so powerful that they could DESTROY THE EARTH, or even wipe out humanity. And most nukes were quite small for their cheep cost and their easy transportation. In the end I’m not going to stop watching your channel or even start chaos, because I see that you are genuinely a good person and I respect you for your inside knowledge into history, I do really enjoy your videos. I just wish that you learn from your mistakes and change for better. 7:35 Barely anyone knows this but the actual incident which resulted in a tit-for-tat that led to the Cuban MIssile Crisis was the failed negotiations on Berlin which resulted in the Soviet Union building the Berlin Wall. Nukes were placed in Turkey as a response to the Berlin Wall which was seen as a great affront to freedom and a hostile act towards the West. And the rest is history.
I like this format from Drew a lot better than the meme stuff. I'm not really a meme person though. I think the capabilities of nuclear weapons are a little overstated. The only reason that's worth mentioning (let's really not find out for sure), is because people have a hard time separating nuclear missiles from nuclear power, and nuclear power is a good thing that we should be using more of. There is a channel I really like called "T. Folse Nuclear." In a way he's kind of the Mr. Terry of nuclear energy. I've learned a ton from his content, and I think his goal is noble and important.

Unless Russia or Ukraine face economical or military collapse I doubt either side is going to accept a ceasefire and be willing to provide concessions. Ukraine wants to keep it's terretory (and possibly donbas and crimea) and russia wants parts of ukraine so they haven't lost in the eyes of the world making an end to the war unlikely unless a side collapses entirely.
The US was very up front when they put nukes in Turkey. The Russians promised that they wouldn’t put nukes in Cuba and then they tried to sneak them in without anyone noticing. Also the nukes in Turkey were just a few old obsolete missiles to show the Turks they were really in NATO.

While those are the two main armies involved there is also Ukraine rebels and other nations assisting the Russian side and NATO soldiers have been seen in Ukraine as well although at the moment the claim is that they're just training and supplying the Ukraine army.
Do you think Islamic countries will also eventually switch towards secularism? Regarding the post war Ukraine map, I find it hard to believe that Romania, which is a NATO country, would accept territories even if they were offered. There would surely be immense pressure to keep Ukraine as "normal" as possible unless Ukraine itself were to become a Russian puppet state and the west wanted to keep it small.
I don't know if they'll go full secular but progressive ideals have taken root in much of the Middle East and they are advancing towards things like women's rights and more freedoms.
The secularisation was very gradual though, happening in the span of centuries. It's gonna take so long before it happens. If ever. Romania should be more focused on what is currently happening in Transnistria and Russia. That's gonna be a serious issue, because if Russia annexes, Transnistria will happily comply and if NATO responds, we will be seen as bad guys. Also, Russia sees Transnistria and Romania and separate entities whereas NATO doesn't. It's gonna be so messy. Edit: I absolutely meant Moldova

Barely anyone knows this but the actual incident which resulted in a tit-for-tat that led to the Cuban MIssile Crisis was the failed negotiations on Berlin which resulted in the Soviet Union building the Berlin Wall.

The map at 9:17 shows that you don't need an ICBM to get a nuke from Turkey to a lot of strategic targets in Russia. Sure, you'd need the ICBM's range to hit all of Russia from Turkey, but not most of those important areas.

The war is currently in a stalemate similar to ww1.
What do you mean "possibly Donbas and Crimea"? They ARE parts of Ukraine de jure. As you said, Ukraine wants to keep its territory - all of it.
The US was very up front when they put nukes in Turkey. The Russians promised that they wouldn’t put nukes in Cuba and then they tried to sneak them in without anyone noticing. Also the nukes in Turkey were just a few old obsolete missiles to show the Turks they were really in NATO.
Except that that whole story is hoax made by american exceptionalists and apologists. The soviets never promised anyhting like that and the missiles in turkey were not at all old or obsolete

A common mistake I see people make is that they think the two sides are Russia and Ukraine. While those are the two main armies involved there is also Ukraine rebels and other nations assisting the Russian side and NATO soldiers have been seen in Ukraine as well although at the moment the claim is that they're just training and supplying the Ukraine army.
They aren’t nato soldiers, they are people from nato member nations that have volunteered to fight with Ukraine. That is an important difference

Honestly I think Russia needs to divide as it has a lot of diverse areas that likely don't see themselves as Russian. On one end of the country you have places like Dagestan which has a complicated history with Russia, and on the other hand you have places like the Sakha republic which have as much of an Eastern Asian influence (if not more) than Russian, and basically use Russian as a backup language.

From what I’ve heard, Russia actually got its culture from Ukraine.
All three of them, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus, are basically just Swedes, who came down through Finland into eastern Europe via rivers, just like how the other 2 Viking nations Denmark and Norway plundered in the west Sweden plundered in the east and some of them just decided to stay there there were people there before them, but they became the majority and their culture split off from the rest of the Nordics after being separated for so long
