Just got the pro yesterday. Do you see a big difference with the windowed sensor or using pro res over braw?

If you do not do detailed color grading, then there is almost no difference.
It all depends on your project.
But, if this is a commercial, expensive project where every detail in the video is required to be color graded separately, then it is better to shoot in - BRaw - it gives more information and flexibility
In other cases, you can shoot in ProRes
