...I wouldn't be surprised if it the hit & run Driver turned out to be *_Luis Heinandez:_* He drives around drunk (without insurance) in a 2016 black Honda Accord (BWH-9605) with the factory bumper missing: Him (& others) have installed some kinda of *_Metal Plate_* in lieu of the factory bumper: ...If you see this, this is a definite sign that you need to be more cautious. Unfortunately, the Police won't do anything: I think they're waiting until he kills one of their family members until they "spring into action" !!!
