The best way to reduce stomach burn is to chew the pepper as much as you can handle. Bigger pieces burn all the way through for hours, but a thoroughly mashed pepper hits you in 20 minute bursts. Much more manageable

Chocolate peppers have a more violent burn than red peppers because they have higher concentrations of different capsaicinoids but lower concentrations of capsaicin and that’s all that the Scoville test test for is capsaicin so red peppers always test tire even though chocolate peppers are way hotter than the red variants

@@vicariouschism86 I hate to laugh, but that is how it goes. It is PURE HELL! You can't do SH!T! What always worked for me is Alka Seltzer and drink beer if you have to. Before that, you need to coat your stomach with something. Some people say starchy foods, greasy foods, etc. Those cap cramps come in waves and unexpectedly.

It seems to be a way to meditate and get high at the same time. I have a rare histamine disease that makes me react to hot foods and I love them so much. I still do hot sauce, but I have to stay away from eating peppers like this which I I wish I could do. I did the new one chip challenge and it messed me up and I had to take a Benadryl and almost had to use an epi pen
