Changli doesn't really deal that much dps, she needs quick swaps to deal reasonable amounts cause her animations are so long comparatively. So she ends up being the Sub-DPS of any Dual DPS comp. Edit: Let me clarify, she doesn't do as much dps as other dedicated main DPS's (Jinhsi, Encore, Jiyan, etc). Her damage output isn't bad, just held back by her long animations and relatively low %'s for them.

Nobody is doing these tests properly...it's so wild that the basic concept of how to test the damage difference between level 80 and level 90 is impossible for people to grasp. What is the max talent level at 80/80? How much damage do you gain from going from talent level 8 to talent level 10? Do you see the problem with leveling a characters talents to 10 along with leveling them to 90? You're variable should be the characters level, everything else should be controlled as much as possible, so talents stay at 8, and weapon is either at 80 or 90 for both tests.
I have built my Encore the last few days, Maybe I should give her a try in ToA xD My crit ratio is 66/280. I don't have Stringmaster so I gave her Zhezhi's weapon but I think its also a decent choice, right?
you dont cancel her doll animation (when you do the full combo on BA) with E ? Dodge? Im pretty sure its better to use your E at the first combo, not when you just start bursting.
ok i didnt notice this but , you didnt do encore forte(idk the name but charge attack when the red bar is fully filled) after you do her combo (on burst mode)? I am not sure if this gonna make effect or not but for me it kinda did? Cause i can swap to someone else to skill. charge burst, and etc.
@@MlkuPrime my rotation doesn't leave a room for her forte as you can see. The use of her forte depends on the rotation. my rotation maximizes the number of liberation she can use.
Her liberation is the most important since her scalings in liberation is separated from the actual normal but for overworld and stuff, her normal is massively better
Normal attack is good for overworld and boosting your non-Liberation Dodge Counters. Skill does a decent chunk of damage outside of Liberation as well, usually use it once or twice outside of Liberation if your Energy Regen isn't that high. Forte is good if you're using her higher dps rotation in her Liberation and the enemy stays in it: BA1-5 (Animation Cancel), Skill, BA1-5 (Dodge Cancel), BA1-5, Skill, Heavy Attack (Swap Cancel), Outro. Liberation should be the first to level ofc, Intro being the last and probably shouldn't be taken above 7.
Moonlit is much, much better with this rotation, which is the minmaxed one. Sanhua fits all of her kit but the Echo Swap cancel during Encore's E, she contributes very little to the total team DPS and is just meant to buff Encore in a timely manner so she can do 1 lib sequence every 20s for max DPS
I use Verina for my Jiyan. Jianxin is usually what I pair to her. Only realized I could've used verina for bigger damage after I made my lvl80 video then upgraded encore.

@@SturdycurveBasic attack is useless for ToA. The optimized rotation doesn't use a single one. Cosmos Rampage enhanced BAs scale of the Liberation trace. So she only gets value out of Lib, Skill, and a bit out of intro. Forte and BA can be skipped completely until S4

Quick quiestion if we use the standart 5 star weapon on her will her damage increase cause it gives %16 basic attack bonus and %53 attack

Haven't tried that. I usually did what I think was right and it works so I didn't explore more options.
Tried what you said, it improved my run by around 5-9 seconds.

hey! is it required to level her normal and skill? ( i have leveled her libration to 10 and others are at level 7 )
