Showcase was supposed to be 3 hours long, but they had to cut a bunch of other games out for time. The rest will be showed at the GamesCom Showcase later this year in October I believe. And just to clarify how much they had to show before shortening the showcase.... They cut it by half the time. Meaning the showing of more games later this year will be almost as long as this.
Machine Games are a cinematic first person shooter developers and have always been so. This decision for Indie was a studio preference and not anything to do with Uncharted.
@@AzureousMakay there was a leak in the FTC hearing for Xbox's ABK acquisition that had mentioned a Doom game coming and there were some stories in the last month saying they would be showing. but this was the first actual trailer that has been released.
love watching the reactions but have to ask, and don't mean to offend, but was the guy you were watching with paying attention. up until AC Shadows was shown he was like "nothing's coming out in 2024". did he miss, Flight Sim Nov 2024, Indiana Jones, 2024, Avowed 2024, Age of Mythology Sep 2024, Life is Strange Oct 2024, Diablo Expansion Oct 2024, WoW expansion Aug 2024, Drangon Age Veilguard Fall 2024, Fallout 76 expansion today. all of games were shown before the AC game was. I think he did mention the Starfield DLC coming in 2024 and Flintlock coming out next month
Yeah, the Xbox showcase easily became the new E3. For a person to say this was better than Gamefest, but NOT better than State of P!$$ is truly lying to themselves or is absolutely delusional. The argument was always "Xbox has no games" then when Xbox shows games of plenty.... Then it's when these games are going over to our preferred platform? Xbox cooked and been cooking 10/10 for me.
