It is refreshing to hear a speech on duty, responsibility and dignity. I cannot imagine a politician today, speaking to such a large audience espousing these values. Say what you will about this man, he was truly for America and a man who knew where the future lay. I have always believed that an individual is only as valuable as he can serve others. JFK knew this and encouraged education not only for the good of oneself but the good of the country and the world.
    I miss President Kennedy

At 4:30 ( Rights and Responsibility)
But this nation was not founded solely on the principle of citizen-rights.
Equally important, though too-often not discussed, is the citizen's
responsibility. For our privileges can be no greater than our
obligations. The protection of our rights can endure no longer than
the performance of our responsibilities. Each can be neglected only
at the peril of the other.

I think Perry Wallace might have a little something to say about human rights, but I understand why he had to say it.
