We appreciate your honesty. I agree, spending as much money as we all do buying wax products, the expectation is it's sent with the utmost care. There are definitely vendors that get more of my money than others and not only is it because the wax needs to perform amazingly, but those vendors truly put love, care and attention to detail in their packaging. ❤

Hey Chris! I love their coconut crack! My package was shipped in a mailer too which I was not a fan of. I would be livid if my package came damaged like that. Part of the customer experience for me is opening my package and everything looking pristine and new. They should’ve used boxes. I’ll be watching to see how they handle this going forward before I consider ordering from them again.

Oh hun!! My order came in a PFRE and then another plain bag on the outside, it was completely shoved in there! I had 2 tubs (which both were busted with unfitting lids) and 6 soufflés and the wax was a mess with smooshed soufflés! In no way should my order be placed in a bag!! It should have come in a box! I have gotten smaller orders that come in boxes! I did reach out to them and got the same response as Summer did! Was very disappointed in their response as I have been buying g from them for many years and I really enjoy their wax! But you are so right, they should care about how the presentation of their wax!! Every other vendor that I buy from typically has peanuts, squiggly worms, bubble wrap or tissue paper! It’s not due to the weather either! I’m in Florida and I have wax come from the other side of the country and it arrives looking much better than TPD did!
So sorry this happened to you and many more!! Hopefully you reached out to them!! Perhaps if enough of their customers tell them, they will try to change the way they ship!!

I did not reach out. There are soooo many vendors I love and adore so it's no loss to me if I don't re-order anything, loss for them though. There were a lot of others in the same boat as us with this pre-order. 💜
I haven't placed an order with them since last year. They used boxes in the past with my relatively small orders. I wonder what made them switch. But also I once had to pay extra shipping for my box when it arrived. Maybe that's why.
Mine came in a mailer too. Not happy about it and mine wasn’t damaged. I was shocked as it traveled all the way to California but still disappointing as I buy small hauls from other vendors and have peanuts, squiggly paper and tissue. Plus I think their shipping is on the expensive side. It’s a bummer because I do like their wax. Sorry to see that yours was so damaged.
I love what you said about taking pride of what they created. If I made something I’d want it to arrive as pristine as possible.
Shipping was very expensive considering.
Let’s hope with all of us speaking out about these shipping and packaging issues; it’s taken constructively and changes are made asap!

Their website makes it seem like they are very professional and take care with their business but the packaging says otherwise. I wonder what my May Preorder will end up looking like 😬😳

Well, it's pretty simple really. You can make it as fancy as you want or keep us simple. To start simply, get a ring light with a holder for your phone, they are relatively cheap on Amazon. I did a few like 3 to 5 minute practice videos and kept them private on RUclips just to get the feel of how to upload. Play around. If you want to chat more about it messtme on Instagram 😁😁😁

I feel you Chris, my pharmacist daughter order came in messing. Look like it was just thrown in the box and delivered just like that. I was surprised by how messy everything was. It also looked very old wax in old containers. I was irritated but didn't say anything. I warm 2 and they smells very good so with that I am happy 😊
Yes their wax is so wonderful. But the packaging and the overcharging on the shipping and having to ask for a refund is very off-putting. Really hope that they get it together. Such good wax.

It was disappointing to say the least. Considering here shipping charges are on the higher end. Yes, quite a few people had the same experience. 💜
I had several cracked and broken tubs…I think she should have packed these in a box instead…aside from that I did enjoy the scents.
definitely should be boxed. Same, I enjoyed the scents but that just left a bad taste in my mouth. 💜
You're not alone Chris. And believe me it's not your own issue we spend good money and things should be shipped properly. It's not you at all.

Definitely not a fan of things thrown in a bag… Super high shipping for an envelope. 😞 So many vendors out there that take pride in their products. They are who I choose to spend my money with. Yes, they did send me replacement lids for the cracked containers and lids because I reached out….. but, pack stuff appropriately. It unnerved me. No more orders from me. LOL 😂 I couldn’t even do a haul video because the stuff looked crappy.
I think you should do your haul to let people know there were so many of us who got ugly wax! I will not order again either. 😟
The boxes are not any better. I received my order in a box and still had tubs and lids broken and cracked. Lids came off. They didn't put any packaging or fill into the empty space of the box leaving everything to just slam around. The lids are pure junk and don't fit the tubs properly. They definitely need to make some changes with shipping and their containers.

I'm disappointed with their customer service as well, not from the shipping standpoint cuz I haven't ordered since last year. But as a small biz owner I do not understand the way they treat their customers
