That timelaps is insane, it really helps to see how much goes in the process and thoughts of the final picture. Really helpful for people who think, it always has to start out perfect. Amazing end result much respect.
the amount of work it takes to go from rough drafts to polished for professional use is so amazingly surreal to see!! the whole thing looks so solid and real it’s spectacular,,
Loved how you used photos to maximize the textures in the splash, such an efficient and cool way to make it look realistic! Thank you so much for posting your process, i always learn a lot from your videos.
Эта детализация... Я просто в шоке только от одних штанов, а тут целый рисунок... Я буду к этому стремиться, буду брать с вас пример. Прекрасная работа, я в шоке насколько это идеально.
such an incredible process and work. im hoping its been said enough but it is extremely helpful and inspiring to watch this. having access to every step like this is gold for people dreaming about having this well rounded of a painting process. thank you so much.
Amazing! I can't image how much time had to be put into making this splash art for LOL. I admire the amount of dedication for a painting. I can't do it for that long. I usually spend 7 to 8 hours on my, although they are not good.
Unlike some of my fav splash artist, your rendering was very good, although theyre are good too but seing the fabric detail is what i like the most, it really give realism to the splash, your level of rendering is what i like to reach in my art, good job!
I accidentally skipped a bit of the video and went from a couple blocks to a full on portrait, its insane how you carve out so much character from just value-blocking!
@@foritiswang I love Bo-Chens videos but his music choices and edits are so inconsistent. Your editing skills and playlist are way more fluent with the process video 🤭🤭
this really is the reality of the splash art process huh. the several ideas to draw and redraw 😭 (i do a couple thumbnails then i do my final immediately)
hi, love your process videos they're great as always. And I'm always curious on how you separate your layer? I always wanted to learn how to separate drawing layers from every artist I found on the internet, and I always want to learn more about layering, masking, and stuff, so if you have tips on how to separate layers the efficient way, I would love to learn it from you too :)

whenever new skins drop i'm more excited by possible video processes than the actual skins lol. i love watching these, they show how devoted and skilled the artists are. on top of that you have replied to every comment and question, which is so kind of you! i actually have two questions of my own that i'd like to ask, if you can respond of course :). i was wondering if you have any tips how to deal with art blocks, especially when you have a deadline for your pieces? and i'm also curious about the brush history on the left, what is it used for?
What do you mean by "art blocks"? The brush history is there to easily compare different progresses, and I can revert to the previous progress when needed.
@@foritiswang thanks a lot for the reply! i might start using the brush history then... art block is this state you are in when you can't drawing anything. no matter how many sketches you make, you are just unsatisfied with them and you have to take few days/a week off to clear your head/reset your hands (lol) and then you're back to normal. it often happens to beginner artists, i don't know how it's with professionals :).
Wow amazing, i'm glad you uploaded this thank you. Can i ask how you did the coloring, did you paint just over the Grayscale in a normal layer or you used Overlay and color layer?
I always struggle to make texture in clothing. Like what the artist did on jinx leggings. I want to learn that. I hope there is a tutorial about that. Btw. Awesome work.
Such impressive work!!! I aspire to be your level someday, The way you capture lighting is so perfect it really makes the colors POP! How long did it take you to get to this level?
Hello, aspiring artist 🙂 I love everything about this piece, it so well thought out and the lighting is amazing. I'm working really hard at reaching this level. How do you learn to reach this level, do you need a teacher, or schooling? Thank you so much for this video, it is super helpful, inspiring and I learned alot from it!

Damn i didn't know the splash were made by only 1 person i thought there was a whole team behind each one, that's extremely impressive!
It was the art team of Riot Games and Tencent who gave me guidance and feedback! But yes splash art is mostly made by one artist!
