Is that halal-certified? For the ingredients this lipstick contain and everything. Becoz we also eat with our lipstick on.
It’s not halal certified but it is lipstick so what kind of ingredient would make it non halal? Swine, alcohol-drunk inducing substance? None of those. The company put out ingredient list for all their products online, and I just read them, as a former chemistry post grad student myself I can tell you nothing is suspicious at all. It does not make sense at all to use food (swine) and alcohol drunk inducing ingredient (alcohol is known to be drying and stinky smelling) in MAKEUP, so I doubt any cosmetics will have these in their products?
Furthermore, this youtuber is muslim so don’t you think these kind of questions quite disrespectful and tasteless? Of course she wouldn’t review it, let alone letting it touch her lips. “Becoz we eat with our lipstick on”? This goes without saying, to be wary of ingredients, and at the bare minimum, with the technology and internet we have, we can just look them up, don’t you think? This kind of question is very offputting. Good day ❤
@@dakwatungu93 First of all, I think you really lack manners, haven't you been taught to talk respectfully to other people, and try to analyse n understand someone's words first before judging n making uvile remarks abt someone?
You're the one being disrespectful here and you're blaming me instead? This wasn't even disrespectful, I came on youtube to search for this particular product review, which is why Im asking. I wasn't asking this in a way to judge her, I was just asking to make sure, becoz sometimes people can make mistakes as well, there are many cases where some muslim girls happened to mistakenly use non-halal certified lipsticks.
And yeah, even if not any kind of alcohol-related ingredients or any chemical substance, there are companies that sometimes use impure animal-derived ingredients like pig fats, carmine (ingredients derived frm insects) etc.. for their lipsticks. It does happens that for a certain stuffs some of muslims sometimes don't notice and aren't aware about. Which is why when someone learnt something we have to share it. In my religion, It's our duty to inform our brothers n sisters, other people of our community abt something we know, to advise others. I wasn't judging her or purposely trying to be mean etc.. You're not even muslim, you're not getting my point, you won't even understand the meaning of what am I exactly trying to say, about what some kind of impure ingredients mean to us n for which specific reasons.
Try to analyse n understand instead of being judgemental, or atleast ask in a polite way before assuming negative things abt someone.

I have search several years later, that focallure is one branch of factory that have plant based ingredient. But now idk hehe
