    Thank you so much for posting this video. God love him, you could tell he was very sick as he'd lost so much weight, but his voice was still crystal! Rest in Paradise, Jimmy. You gave me the soundtrack for my life.

    Imiss him so much , I was kid living in the Canadian Mountains but always thought I was a sailor, he influenced me so much , I taught my kids all the words to his famous album " Songs you should know by heart " My daughter and I shed tears to here of his life cut short

    I hate I missed this concert! Was in Key West this past may and went to Margaritaville. I did see him in concert in Atlanta in the 1980s . Been a Parrothead since then! Jimmy deserves every dime he has made! I hope his health is better! Thank you, Jimmy for making my early (and later) adulthood so much fun! Passing it on to my Gen Z children, who we introduced you to in Key West!

    Jimmy as a retired sailor I love your music. I was on 4 different destroyer sized ships over a 20+ year career.

    We saw him2 weeks later in Phoenix. Same tour! Loved seeing Jimmy yet again on stage between Mac and Utley! My first parrot head concert was in 1979 and I gotta say this was even better than the first! Keep sailing on, Jimmy!

      I think it goes without saying that it was actually Margaritaville that made him a billionaire... not the song so much as the branding that it brought. The music itself didn't make him a billionaire it’s the business ventures. The resorts, the restaurants/bars, the retirement developments, and whatever else he's involved with. He's a successful businessman. It started with selling escapism, and ultimately so much more.

      @cstar54 which is only ONE point among others, why he's never been nominated for or elected into the Rock and Roll hall of fame. Let's start with Depeche Mode, The Go Go's, and Tupac. What the hell. Those acts have no business being in there, and yet they are, and Buffett has never even been nominated.

    My grandfather was an ore boat captain on the Great lakes.. my biological father worked on them.... And I spent almost 7 Years on fishing Boat in the gulf. The love of my life is my shelter island gurl. 😊

    The only Buffet concert I was ever lucky enough to see was at the Arie Crown Theatre in Chicago in 1978. It seem like it was yesterday.

    Jimmy we are roughly the same age, but I've haven't shaved my mustache since navy boot camp at great lakes in 1972. Don't plan on it either. Although my wife and mines 50th anniversary is coming up. She's never seen me without it. What would you do? Seen you many times at Starlake out side of Pitts burgh. The second time was there was a power problem and you played an a acoustic set. R e member? Miss you J.B.

    Now I understand what Jimmy meant when he said that in his apology for having to cancel his concert tour. Getting old isn't for sissies. I didn't know he was fighting a losing battle with skin cancer for the last 4 years of his life.😢😊
