    One hint.... cut off the metal hoop and tie a real knot! Why trust me they fail! A knot done right will not.
    Personally wont be buying the their screw pegs the plastic part of the peg dies and miss aligns and will get stuck.
    Interesting the peg you showed is different wonder if thats why

      I've never had a metal loop fail but I will keep it in mind and watch them closely. especially before a storm.
      I have yet to see any failure on the plastic part or screws for that matter. I've used them in tough ground. I realise you don't want to drive it in too far. especially on hard ground. That's where I would expect the nylon section may wear. Ihave now used them a few times now but will keep an eye out and report as time goes by.
      Not sure what you mean from different peg. The images shown are off the website. I bought them direct off the website. Maybe they have updated them. They are always improving their gear.
