Brandon I'd say the exact moment she "broke" was around 4:12 when she drops the accent and says "You are so talented" She jumps back into character immediately after, but you can tell she's so impressed thats she's struggling to respond in-character, for instance Mickey speaks and she is basically silent unable to think of what Tiana would say
