    Much thanks, Alina! You came through at the last minute last night when I was trying to find a good YY session with deep stretches and long holds. This one popped up just in time.
    I've done a few of your others. I hope you will do one similar to last night's including other poses for the hips, glutes, and IT band (swan pose, dragon pose, etc). I do strength training and hike mountains on the weekend so I find these very helpful :-)
