Another amazing sequence! At this rate, I need more days in the week to fit in all your incredible flows 😅 In this practice Dragon was especially deep, what do you call the pose with the toes tucked under we did towards the end?
Wonderful to hear you enjoyed it! 🤩 That Dragon variation is called Fire-Breathing Dragon. It's the deepest expression of the pose, and you can incorporate it into any Dragon position!

I agree, it's definitely an advanced variation! You don't need to hold it for the full minute, stay in it for as long as you can, and gradually increase the duration over time. Unless, of course, you're curious to see if that fire eventually shows up! 🔥🤣

Hi Oliver, sorry to hear about your experience as well, it’s frustrating when shoes don’t hold up as expected. I still have one month left in my trial, so I’ll definitely keep you updated on how my replacement pair performs. The company did mention they’ve improved the composition, so fingers crossed these hold up better!

Much thanks, Alina! You came through at the last minute last night when I was trying to find a good YY session with deep stretches and long holds. This one popped up just in time. I've done a few of your others. I hope you will do one similar to last night's including other poses for the hips, glutes, and IT band (swan pose, dragon pose, etc). I do strength training and hike mountains on the weekend so I find these very helpful :-)

I feel every pebble on every trail I walk and it hurts to walk for awhile on pavement with my barefoot shoe. Will the Bahe Barefoot shoe prevent that?
Hello there! Sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience with barefoot shoes. The great thing about Bahe shoes is that they come with two insoles, making them a bit thicker. If you keep both insoles in, you'll have extra cushioning and won't feel every little thing on the trail. And over time, if you want a more authentic barefoot experience, you can simply remove the top insole 😊

🪷 I'm glad you liked it! 🧘♀️ The best time to practice Yin Yoga depends on your goals and lifestyle: ☀️ Morning practice is ideal for benefiting connective tissues, as muscles are cool and stiff, allowing the poses to effectively target deep fascia and other tissues (if you are working towards Lotus - morning is best). Also for those who tend to feel anxious or overwhelmed, a morning Yin session can set a calm, balanced tone for the rest of the day, grounding your energy right from the start. 🌒 Evening practice is for those with an active lifestyle. Yin Yoga in the evening is perfect for finding equilibrium. After a day of movement and activity, it helps you slow down, center yourself, and transition into a more restful state for the night. I hope this helps!

♥️ Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m so glad you're enjoying the Yin Yoga sessions with me! For a stiff neck, I recommend trying Supported Fish Pose. To get into the pose, lie down and place a block at medium height under your upper back along your spine, with a second block on the lowest height under your head. This setup helps relax the neck muscles and can also relieve tension in the upper back and shoulders.

Thank you for the flow, I am still using blocks in poses but I must say after a few sessions it's now easier to do the poses.
It is very normal, especially if you have tight quads. With time you'll be amazed by how much your body can transform.
