    Oh Sheli, I wish you and your family didn't have to go thru that as children grow up quickly. It is a shame that many school districts wNt to keep as many children as they can in their own districts for one main reason which is nothing but MONEY. They do not care about what is the best for the child. Most of this was originated from IDEA which came from the case of Amy Rowley. Ironically her parents were fighting thr district because they knew Amy's needs but now IDEA is giving the districts more power of control over the children. They will find ways to make parents struggle to the point the child already grow old enough to drop out or just find an adult program. Please do not give up. Parents knows their child the best and school districts should honor the wishes of parents more than they care about their financial needs. There needs to be some laws changed.
