I guess every person is different but I take pictures from this angle a lot too because it catches the skyline and the picture looks more cool, this is also why many photographers kneel too and it's a commonly used angle, doesn't automatically make them into perverts. . I don't think you can see any bottoms from that far away either and it's very harmful to just assume horrible things about a random person just because he is a man. Take a look at any video of street photographers and you will see how often they kneel down to take a picture. Actually take a picture of anyone dancing while standing up straight and kneeling down and look at the difference, you'll understand then
